Just over 24 hours to go until we kickoff the 2017 campaign. I'll be happy with a conference championship and wins over the rivals. Don't think we'll make the playoffs.
Still bet USC is much better than last night but, as an Oregon fan, it's nice to see both UW and USC look human
Helton is lucky that the stunt with Jake Olson overshadowed the close call in the media write-ups after
I'm just saying the headlines on Twitter and on ESPN are about the snap instead of "USC struggles with WMU" etc
great slot WR but we still need 2 guys on the outside that can go up and get the ball, Jalen Greene looked awful yesterday on the 50/50 balls and Mitchell is too small
How much money did he make? I am always curious, how far can an NFL contract carry you, or a couple contracts carry you? Makes me sad when guys work like pros and get nothing but a fucked up knee(NOT about craven) but you know what I mean. If jaylon smith never becomes a millionaire I will be so disapointed, he is everything you want as a college player and pro football player representing a team.
Can we win tomorrow? Feels like the defense isn't going to be able to stop the Stanford run game which is going to make it a very tough task. Sam is gonna have to play a perfect game.
other than Nansen's ability to recruit Poly players, the whole defensive staff offers just about nothing of worth
this reminds me of that game in 2012 against Oregon where we couldn't stop them so it was like a game of NFL Blitz
We, as a fan base, need to decide how we're going to approach this win. Do we just run with it and start talking a bunch of shit about how good we are? Do we wait to see how we fare against UT before buying in? I don't know, but it's a fun problem to have. We might be really good again! Biggest take away from this one for me. O-line played great, running backs are elite. Sam is special but needs to recognize when to just throw it away. (Tips cap)
I say just enjoy it because of how Stanford has man handled us lately. No shit talking because we have a history of shiting the bed.
even in the best of days there was an annual toe-stubbing against a Wazzu or Oregon St, so I'm definitely not in shit-talking mode (I'm also dead inside after this past stretch of Dodger baseball, so there's that)
Everyone tells me that our Dodgers are in cruise control until it matters in October. Nothing to see here, move along. But for real... We're you guys as surprised as I was by the play up front from our offense?
surprised it came so easy against Stanford, but that line is experienced and by all accounts the OL coach is a great teacher.
You should talk a bunch of shit. Why not? You've got Sam for this year and maybe next. 10 wins minimum.
OSU just has a better team. No conspracy but fuck these chumps. I meant OU has the better teams fuck the police
it's nice to have friends Assuming we're all watching P12 ball still, I sold my buddy on Luke Faulk going nuts this year and he took my advice
This is where I'm at. We need to beat TX for me to breath easier. In a way it'd be poetic since the loss to them started our downfall. Def gonna be weird seeing them in that all white uni Sat...
Don't worry Maryland scored 51 on us. I think y'all win by 28+. Our QB had to miss last game and he hasn't started throwing so we have a true frosh at QB. Our db's are susceptible to blown coverages too. Darnold will have a field day.
if you have a good run game you'll have a puncher's chance. Plus after that Maryland debacle, this game probably means more to Herman than it does anybody else. Having said all that, I'm not very worried.
