this should look incredible to me, but so far I'm not liking the previews. I'll still watch, but I'm not sure about it hitting like I thought it would when I first heard about it.

I'll watch because of Goggins. Hopefully McBride doesn't play Kenny Powers again; that character is so stale.

 

Will watch. Jody Hill and Mcbride are awesome.

It's probably a lot harder to create a unique comedy than I think, but the 1st episode feels like lazy writing and damn near pandering.

Freaking cable box was defaulted to Spanish for like the first 10 minutes of the show. Going to have to download it and watch the whole thing.

Nothing too deep, but some background on the two of them would be nice too.

 

Don't like Goggins character so far. What is he supposed to be some sassy homo redneck? I was hoping he would be more of a bb Thornton in bad Santa type. Mcbride is just KP, which is fine with me bc I love that character but I could see people being sick of it.

Same. I found it funny at the flag pole to open the show then it went all downhill from there. I'll give the next two episodes a shot and that's it if it doesn't get any better.

 

I feel like McBride has gone downhill since Pineapple Express. No range to him. I'll give this show a season though.

I stopped watching EB&D about halfway through season 1 b/c i was tired of his schtick.

 

I'm going to give the entire series a shot, then I might quit watching after that.

i think i stopped watching when will ferrell got a bigger role. the scene where he is shooting people with cannonballs in whatever season just weirded me out for some reason

 

Well this got dark quick.

 

I'm in the middle, it's not great but I'm laughing a good bit. Need to use Goggins' character a lot better though.

Thought the pilot was hilarious. 2 & 3 not that great. Will probably stick out the season and go from there.

 

I haven't watched Ep 3 yet, but I think I'm out... it was hard to make it through Episode 2 for me and my wife, and we loved EB&D

I'm done after episode 3. First episode was OK, second one was slightly worse, third episode just boring.

 

Stopped the 3rd ep halfway through. I swear I watched that exact same episode as an EDB ep.
