So fucking stupid The Company is focused on bringing its financial statements, filings and reporting current, and will be submitting the same to OTC Markets, with a target date of March 20, 2021. Management recently accomplished the same process with Sibannac, Inc. In this effort, the Company is investigating the legitimacy of outstanding debt and prior share issuance obligations entered into by prior management dating back several years. While the Company will report the information in the filings, it is current management's position, that most of these obligations, including unconverted promissory notes, are not legally enforceable or collectible based on the legal status of the lenders and statute of limitations. As a result, it is anticipated that the accounting treatment of these past debts should be reflected positively on the Company's balance sheet. The Company's securities counsel will be issuing the required legal opinion concerning the updated reporting upon completion of the review. NOHO's CEO, David Mersky, said, "Following the news of the proposed acquisition of R?D8, our new Delta-8 THC brand, we've received a lot of communication from our shareholders regarding our financial reporting and accounting and felt that it was necessary to keep the public updated. Management is committed to restoring NOHO to good standing with its state filings and providing current financials to OTC Markets. We will be continuing to open communications with shareholders and will be providing a platform to ask management questions about operations and products. Reading through the lines sounds like they had some mounting debts but now they’re trying to weasel out of them and if they’re successful then their bottom line will look peachy.

following a company through FDA approval or a pivotal moment is like NSD.. had no idea this content was a thing until GME. KMPH boards are a shitshow GHVI was the only thing that really took a beating for me today.. bought more brought my avg up a couple pennies
figured any manufacturing or labeling delay from KMPH would be known about before close.. then going on short sale restriction today seemed like a good reason they wouldn't let any good news known before afterhours so added some more right before close and it should be a good day or long hold easily a $50 stock.. could see 100 within a year with their other offerings coming online as well
hmm goes on short sale restricted today but also 7mm new shares coming into market at open per approval agreement.. not sure what to think, volume could easily overtake it
watching pretty closely, the new shares that will come into play at market open are significant and probably will get sold, but I have to think institutional money will finally start buying and absorb some.. retail too. Short sale restricted, low float. If I have to wait until the fall to get paid that's fine, but going to be greedy on the ask price
the institutional money not being there and the price action were scary, but found a couple of level headed people who explained their position and the logic well enough to confidently increase my tiny position into a modest one. The approval was never in doubt, whether they had the manufacturing and labeling correct was, which would have meant a delay, but if you're telling me I can make money just being patient I'm in will buy more if it dips to the bottom of the 15s or below again and just let it ride until a buyout or 500%+ gain

trying to redirect that urge and put it into wanting to get into things earlier.. get in early confidently and build a position instead of chasing. buying low is half of the game outstanding shares are about to go from 18.8 to 25.8 or 26.8 at market open and while I expect institutions to get in there might be an opportunity in the 14s which for something that will in all likelihood have a market cap of a billion+... sign me up. but that's all coming from someone already with a position who wont take their cost basis over 13 for a while dude on the coli has 10k shares and planning on buying more next week but has more of a cushion to do something like that now that it's approved. He can hear the CEO talking confidently about a possible first substance abuse disorder treatment this year, how this ADHD drug doesn't show clinically significant weight loss unlike Vyvanse, keep building his position. The CEO was the lead inventor of Vyvanse btw, they've outsourced the manufacturing and marketing and are solely focus on making prodrugs. They've fucked up in the past on different things, but it does seem like a solid investment in the low teens. The 5-6 dollar range like some people are posting is what I want to be with something.. get in early and build a position and retire to focus full time on fisting myself
I, too, started with $500. I then added another $500 within less than a week. Been really tempted to add more, but have promised myself I will only use this initial $1000 seed money to play with and any profits therefrom.

Feels like if you can catch one of these meme stocks before it gets its own thread on WSB then you'll make some money. Obviously there are exceptions but RKT is yet another example. Now that I say this it will moon to $100 by EOW.
I have 1k shares in SENS now that I've put together through meme stock profits. I feel very bullish about them in the long run. I'm hoping for $10 EOY.
