Don't forget the trinity or to keep stirring
it isn't monday
Even I understood it so please sir don't sully my kind.
This is your magnus opus
We got it down here in Florida too but they make it almost impossible to get. Have to have two doctors prescribe it and have five months of therapy or some shit.
That’s not true at all.
Then what is it?
3 months supervision(2 visits) by one physician, then they write you a script. And its very easy to get a qualifying diagnosis
So let’s say someone lived in Dallas and could drive to the border fairly easily. Do I have to have an established Oklahoma residency to party, err I mean partake in a cure for my glaucoma?
It’ll be interesting to see how many dispensaries pop up just north of the Red River
Expect a fucked up police presence on that drive
Oh yeah, DPS & the local sheriffs will be lined up waiting to pull people over
Are you high right now or stupid?
You've got enough cognitive impairment already, I don't think weed is the answer for you.
Was this changed recently?
What does it take to get the diagnosis?
Hey congrats guys
Life is better with legal access to high grade weed
I know this from experience
The real question is which side of the casino is it going to be on.
My apologies. I was wrong. congrats on being the first “rec” state where you are required to have a med card.
might as well put one inside of Winstar
What would you say you have less of a sense of humor about, proper characterization of the different tiers of marijuana legality, or proper ingredients usage in cajun cooking?
Fellow jealous Kansas Citians, look up New Approach Missouri, the group behind the medical initiative on this November’s ballot.
Given both conversations were with trolls, equal.
I would like to try a weed
Oh I won’t consume until I get home. Just wanted to know how easily it will be to get my “medication” if I am not a resident of the state of Oklahoma.
1. The first step to getting a Florida medical marijuana card is to obtain your medical records and get a signed physician’s statement from a doctor who is registered in the state of Florida with the Medical Marijuana Use Registry. That doctor has to have a medical marijuana license in Florida. Additionally, you must be a patient of the ordering doctor for at least 3 months prior to the diagnosis.
Please note, to get a medical cannabis card in Florida you MUST be a resident of the state. You will need to provide proof of residency, for example, a Florida I.D, passport or another photo I.D. If you are from another state it is possible to get a Florida medical card, but it is decided on a case by case basis, by Florida’s Department of Health. (Check here for an updated list of Florida medical marijuana doctors).
2. Once you have met with a qualified physician and are deemed eligible to use medical marijuana, the physician then enters your name and information into the Marijuana Use Registry (aka the Compassionate Care Registry), which is run by the U.S. Department of Health. You will not be able to apply for your MMJ card until you are officially in the Registry.
Applications can be submitted by your doctor, or you can submit them on your own behalf.
You must be registered with the Compassionate Use Registry by their ordering physician.
3. Once you are in the registry, you can then submit a completed application to the Office of Medical Marijuana Use, or you can have your physician or a legal representative submit it on your behalf (though there are usually additional fees if you have a physician submit it for you).
Submitting the application is by far the longest part of the process – in some instances, it can take upwards of two months for the DOH to review your application and issue you your MMJ card, even if all of your paperwork is in order.
Patients in Florida diagnosed with one of the following “debilitating medical conditions”, are afforded legal protection under the Florida Medical Marijuana Legalization Initiative, as per Amendment 2:
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s disease)
Chronic muscle spasms
Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
or any other ailment/condition of the same severity/symptoms, when determined by a physician’s opinion that the medical use of marijuana would surpass any potential health risks
Cliffs: FuckSudan is a moron
Time to start Dr shopping
dammit, didn't think about how this would kill my trip time on the way to Texas...
What the fuck did I say that was untrue? I’ve been through the process, my statements were anecdotal, I’m epileptic
PTSD is very easy to be diagnosed with as well. I know plenty of people “with” ptsd who are prescribed weed
if you want to get Cali weed while in FL, hit up the instagram account diddydabs. Dude is loud as fuck about selling weed in miami.
I’m in Jax but thank you

Some weed and then some Cajun cooking when I get the munchies sounds ideal imo. Best of both worlds.

Things make more sense now. Forgot about that.
Know a guy that went to Oklahoma and took two weeds. He died
No that was a canary in the coal mine

Weed is the only thing that quiets my suicidal thoughts so I guess I’m getting the help I need.
You should move to a recreational state like Oklahoma, where you can easily get any help you need.
I'm sure SCOTUS will make sure this doesn't last once Trump gets his new justice nominee on the court.
