Hey guys. Just want to apologize for being cunty. My stress levels are through the rough due to overwork. I was picking fights for no reason.
I'm super stoked for OK to join the fold.
Congrats on getting it after Ohio and Florida
C’est Bon really smoked himself stupid
less likely the pot, more likely the acid.
Did you know that if you consume CBD alongside THC it prevents the memory loss? Pure THC (which I consume regularly) 100 % reducing cognitive function.
Man you just quote replied to the same post twice
on a plane trying to work and not work at same time. sorry bud

Congratulations on your essentially recreational marijuana, Oklahoma.
Can I sneak over the line and get my medicine TwoPoor
How could you read the law and think it’s recreational?
Our team is pitching an investment group in 10 days. I may be leaving tech consulting.
There's no telling how long it will take for them to get all the rules set here in Arkansas. Wish they would hurry the fuck up.
Oklahoma Colorado Missouri and possibly Nebraska will all be legal. So yeah Kansas is losing billions
Lol Nebraska. Nope.
Nebraska seems far away from legalization, but I hope I’m wrong
If Nebraska legalized they could give farmers the property tax relief they promised without having to bankrupt the schools.
This is what I’m hoping for same for Kansas
Weed and gambling are no brainers, I thought conservatives loved money
Where’s the weed at? I want delivery service damnit. What kind of law is this?
Arkansas passed medical in the 2016 election. So like 600 days ago. Still waiting as it goes back and fourth out of courts for various reasons. Last big one was challenging the selection process for growers.
Don't think it will be resolved anytime soon
Oklahoma medical marijuana authority is live streaming the state board of health meeting today at 11.
We aren't expecting any major changes to what has been published thus far. We are planning to move ahead with a 10k sq ft grow and extraction facility just outside of Tulsa.
Can I have a job
Hey I live in Tulsa
I'm pitching the investors in 7 days. This is going to be a huge undertaking. I will be staffing if we win.
from the team:
"There are a few odd nuances, but all in all it''s pretty solid.
3 groups from the mainstream medical community are pushing super hard for a ban on smokable flower and a limit on the number of dispensaries. They are also calling for pharmacist on-site/. Doesn't seem like they will get their way, but def worth keeping an eye on - would basically turn it into a clone of our shitty program in Louisiana."
welp. that didn't go as planned
you jinxed them, DEF going to the courts now.
Limits on dispensaries, pharmacist involvement, no smokeable material sold.
So they just fuck it up?
quoted the lobbyist we are working with. sucks
won't be a fast implementation as everyone had hoped for.
Wasn’t meaning to poke fun, these things obviously change quickly. Good luck with your business venture.
Thanks. It's a long term play.
I wish I was surprised by this development
Mean while in Oregon you can get weed at $2 a gram
yah if you like PM
lol this is dumb
"The THC limits also don't make any sense. 20% for mature plants but only 12% for concentrates"
Mids for errybody
I know this is a year-old thread, but I recently had my first experience with medical marijuana and would like to share.
I had balked at applying because I heard the application process was very difficult. Particularly the aspect where you have to get fingerprinted and then wait 3 months for your application to be processed.
In August, my state, Illinois, eliminated the need for fingerprints. Last month, they started issuing temporary licenses while applications are processed if you submit online.
If you submitted your application on January 31, you should be getting your license sometime around April 31.
I submitted mine on February 2 and was approved 12 hours later. Was in my designated dispensary by February 3rd. Very easy process.
April 31? The weed is killing your brain.
