From the Bill Burr thread, discussing who the biggest comedians are today
This will definitely be more conclusive than their revenue.
We agree that their revenue is a poor measure though, don't we?? Or you really think Gabriel Iglasias is a bigger draw than Dave Chappelle??
*waits for it*
You’re again confusing quality with popularity.
Either way, Chappelle will make more in 2019 with the new special.
op is half-asleep at the wheel, good god.
Why do I need to see a freakin comedian with all the dang clowns in Washington all over my news!!!!
No Dane Cook in the poll? What the heck?
As far as this list goes Maniscalco is pretty underrated.
Lol got em!
saving my money to see mulaney the following weekend I guess
I skipped my high school formal (which I easily could have gotten a date to) to go see Dane cook in Cleveland. AMA
Why can’t I pick more than one? Do I only have a limited amount of funds?
Did the cloud of axe body spray affect your ability to hear Dane’s zingers at all?
I could pick up to 10 I guess OP assumed you were poor
Saw Chappelle two years ago.
Going to see Segura tomorrow.
Seriously what a clown show this thread is
Yeah he needs to be in on there.
Saw him in Chicago in April. Great show.
I must live in a very large market.
Gallagher, as well.
On that list, I have seen Seinfeld live twice and Kevin Hart once (on a whim). Of the remaining ones on that list I would want to see Chappelle the most.
Mulaney is better than the majority of those listed in the poll, imo.
No he’s not
the BK lounge asked us not to wear any axe
What’s your address
I voted aziz ansari because I really like him and i uncancelled him
Ali Wong is another I really want to see.
I dont see Jeremy Pruitt on the list.
I love the bit about his football team being the titanic
I can’t read his name without hearing Japanese annunciation in my head.
This is the worst comedy festival ever.
My top choice isn’t listed; John Mulaney
OP needs to take a serious period of self reflection after this thread.
I like to support my local community by watching local comics at my towns brewery
When I was in New York last summer I went to the Comedy Cellar and Aziz ansari did a guest spot. Pretty good but I’ve seen funnier
I get that your favorite comedian may be on here, but you’re a crazy person if you choose going to some other person’s set over Eddie Murphy’s first stand up appearance in 30 years.
Kyle Kinane the voice of Comedy Central is pretty underrated iyam.
Who is Randy?
None of them because I'm not upper class or upper middle class so I don't go to live performances.
List needs to include Jeselnik. Saw him last October. Great show
I’ve grown to love Chappell from his show and burr from his podcast. I have nothing from Murphy that I relate too.
Uh, Daddy Day Care; ever heard of it?
Limiting to one is bullshit
of those names
Unpopular opinion: Kevin Hart isn't that funny.
I’m not saying you’re crazy if you like other comics more. I’m saying that you’re crazy to turn down seeing a historical entertainment event.
