Why bring race into it? Can't you just leave it at they make the best girl scout cookies not named thin mint?
i went back a few pages and i have zero posts about herbert which is less posts than you have mentioning jameis winston and marcus mariota fucking dork
anyways, this thread is fun when people aren't taking it that serious. i personally have enjoyed watching tua throw awful picks (like i enjoy watching every nfl qb do it) but i'm not going to be sad if he turns it around and turns out to be decent. good luck to him. i doubt it happens.
I didn't think either of Herbert or Tua would be good NFL QBs. I was definitely wrong on one, I'd be happy to be wrong on both.
You know what you have at this point chargers know they have a good QB. Dolphins know they have a bad one
that was last year, and Fitz sucks btw. This is about 2021 plus they got rid of a player in Minshew that is clearly far superior
Tua seems good enough to keep a team in the hunt for a WC spot, but he probably isn’t going to win you playoff games. Miami had the capitol to do better, but has gone all in on him. It could still work for both parties, but it feels like Miami has ruined a lot of the momentum they had at the start of the rebuild.
He's has a couple bad plays, the INT and an incomplete pass when he could have walked to the 1st, but overall he's looked solid. 29/41 for 295 and 2 TD with 10 minutes left. It's the Jags though so gotta grade on a curve.
I have no faith in what they are doing. Their use of Waddle so far has been bizarre. Nothing but screens almost. I think Flores gets too much of a pass
A big problem in Miami now is that Tua looks good most of the time but the team is just so bad around him it's hard to really decide exactly how good he can be. The WR group today was awful. No running game. Offensive line is bad. It's basically a clinic on what not to do when you have a young QB you want to develop and evaluate.
feel bad for him, though i guess getting out of the current miami situation would be good. that org fell apart quickly.
Yeah I personally think he can be good but even if you aren't inclined to believe so, Miami as an organization has treated him like trash from day 1. On field and off.
that too. I was speaking mainly from purely on-field aspects. Only the Dolphins would be trying to trade for him at this point in time
A couple of picks but overall played pretty well today with 4 TDs. Dolphins still going to lose unfortunately
Wish yall would start trying to throw over the top with Waddle instead of him running 0-10 yard routes all the time
For sure. If Parker was playing to take some attention off Waddle I think he'd be getting loose deep more.
Buffalo coming off a loss and a bye is gonna demolish us. It's going to be spectacular in it's own way.
Will be interesting to see if Miami can slow down Allen again. Normally he dominates miami, but the first game wasn’t his finest
