Why does Mike Gundy stay at OSU?

It's clearly Gundy's fault OSU will always be in Oklahoma's shadow. Fucking Les Miles parlayed a 28-21 record there to take over LSU post-Saban. They should be scared shitless of what happens if Gundy leaves and/or T Boone kicks the bucket.
