No, see, it's like a play on words, you know how some people say "oh man that sucks" or "bro, that blows." What I've done here is apply those popular slang terms to the literal motion of air that we refer to as wind and used said terms to explain the high average wind speed of my home state due to the general suckiness and blowishness of the two states immediately north and south of it.
