Upper Midwest getting rain (last night) and snow (tonight/tomorrow) with high winds.

But frankly it’s been good so far, we are getting hit with some snow tomorrow and fairly high winds. It rained today which sucks because I prefer a few inches of snow over rain that will freeze overnight.

DC, two days of 60+ and then a whole week of 50+. The 50s high aren’t completely out of the ordinary, but we haven’t had but one week of truly cold winter so far imo.
May be time to fire up the 2021-2022 version for the south
Based on the forecast map I just saw, I’d guess Roanoke to DC looking at 12+ inches. One of those systems that hugs the coast and dumps a shit ton of moisture back over the region
