So at some point this year on Netflix they are going to release 4 episodes of new sketches from David Cross and Bob Odenkirk and the whole Mr. Show crew. I just heard this news today and I'm very excited for this to come out.
Could have sworn we had another thread, but maybe not. Anyway, I've spent the last half hour watching old mr. Show clips Can I use this chair?
Dump started one but I started this back in July when it was first announced so I went with it. I just can't wait for this, so many funny people are involved.
and this is what got me started watching videos, just fyi http://www.vulture.com/2015/11/every-mr-show-sketch-ranked.html?mid=twitter_nymag
already watched all the episodes, the final episode is my favorite I think with the Salesmen sketch being my favorite.
oh and this motherfucker was just gonna wait for us all to catch up SMDH was just dying @ the prilo-vac commercial
the salesman sketch has an interesting no-lines extra in Ron Lynch. Lynch is a long-time comic who has been featured in the animated stuff Lorne Bouchard has worked on (Dr Katz, Home Movies, Bobs Burgers)... Louis CK credits him with giving him his first change on stage he's spectacularly nuts
I could watch hours of them making this shit, that's highly entertaining Paul F Thompkins' emcee routine is clinical.
Just getting to these. "Fuck your body" Also love the concept behind a Roots remake called "Better Roots" Mr Show really changed my outlook on comedy when it came out and my comedic preferences have fallen along those lines since I first watched when it came on HBO.
