I mean they cut Tozer in the offseason. I think the real determining factor on all of it will be if the player has more value as an asset to sell or getting the squad to the next level. This was and is a social exeriment to see if you can get a down on its luck club from the dregs of english football to the Premiere League. I fail to see how selling anyone for profit and potentially hurting the success of the club helps achieve that goal. Especially when it's not like they have an Academy program churing out future 1st team players.
