He really is. Classic antagonizing crowds with anti American sentiment, kicking out ring announcers, and speaking a foreign language.
With AJ's face turn, it makes me wonder why in the blue hell did they have him run heel for so long. I would get it if they had reunited/formed the club around a heel turn for him, AFTER a long face run.
AJ was in WWE for what, like 3 months before the club showed up? He was face, but I get why they turned him heel once the Club was there. It was peak Bullet Club popularity, they had to try and capitalize on it while they could, plus by then they had to have known they were looking at a brand split and may not get it in for a while.
I know we know that SD will be done by the 10 but the ANW countdown really ruins submission moves with 4 minutes on the countdown
Honestly, Raw was better this week. But SD will be back. I feel like waiting for Payback is just stalling a lot of shit.
Just want to chime in on this WM34 lotto they're doing. I've been a subscriber since day one, but accidentally cancelled and resubbed like a day later. This was back in 2016. Does that mean I blew my chance?
Nah, you'll be entered. You should get an email for what I saw posted elsewhere. It was just as long as you signed up before x date, and are subscribed again by a certain date.
also glad Sami didn't win the #1 contender spot right away, although I suspect Tiffin's right about this
its hard to wash the jobber stink off of Jindar. But winning tonight... forming a heel stable could help that process. His promo was good. But Orton comes out... and goes right into Wyatt as if Jinder isn't in the ring. Bad look.
I didn't realize Jinder was only 30. He's okay on this Talking Smack promo, but his last week was better. Shane is playing off the interference, says he did what he had to do to win. I like that he doesn't feel the need to take a stand on that since it was no DQ. Just a small touch that's good.
Also glad they've repackaged Primo and Epico into just "The Colons." I did enjoy the condo comedy schtick, but they need to make their tag division serious right now.
Those boys can go... I'm glad they got that terrible gimmick off them. Keep them serious and let them work
I think it's easy to say they should have given the #1 contenders spot to Harper or Zayn, but in this case I think giving it to Jinder is smart. Smackdown needs every man they have so giving him a push and seeing if it works makes sense. It's something Vince would only allow on the B-show, but it's the kind of risk taking that makes it the preferred show to longtime fans.
You make a good point, and I don't disagree or necessarily think it was the wrong call. But again I don't think it's the end of the road for this #1 contender spot. What I'm most surprised about, is that Jinder's goons didn't interfere with Mojo. Jinder lost two match to Mojo because of Gronk, I feel like that should have been him talking the loss instead of Sami. But then again, Sami can absorb losses and not be affected, so I get it. But I wouldn't be surprised if somone, Mojo/Harper/Zayn end up with the spot.
I think storyline wise the goons showing up now makes sense... He complained that Gronk interfered and WWE did nothing about it so he got protection.
Also I know smackdown is the land of opportunity but some guys just don't belong in the title picture... Mojo is #1 on that list. Especially with Naka, AJ, KO, Zayn on the roster. I would say Jindar is about as far out the box you can go with this current roster. But this is almost a carbon copy of what Smackdown did right out the box after the brand split with giving Dolph some run. Just as a way to establish the big feud to come after that was AJ/Ambrose
I've always thought Jinder had a good look, was serviceable in the ring, and is a good talker. Agree its hard to wash off the jobber stink though.
Jinder is a walking failed wellness test. Randy needs a title defense so it will look like whoever beats him will have accomplished something.

Here’s Who Bobby Roode’s “Glorious” Theme Song Was Originally Meant For By Josh Foster - Apr 20, 20170 Share on Facebook Tweet on Twitter Bobby Roode’s “Glorious” entrance music is arguably one of the greatest entrance songs in all of wrestling right now, and the song has kind of taken on a life of its own. It’s also no big secret that Bobby Roode didn’t fall in love with the song right away, and it was originally meant for another NXT star. Related: Bobby Roode On How He Reacted To “Glorious” When He Heard It For The First Time Roode confirmed at one point that the song was meant for someone else, but up until now no one knew who. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that the song was originally meant to be used by two time NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. Shinsuke Nakamura was very hands on with his entrance music when he joined the company and he felt that the song wasn’t a good fit for him. Shinsuke played a big part in putting together his current entrance music “The Rising Sun” which seems to be working out quite well for the current SmackDown star. It’s hard to picture Bobby Roode making his entrance without “Glorious” blasting through the speakers and the same thing could be said about Shinsuke Nakamura and “The Rising Sun.” Now it’s hard to imagine either star with different entrance music, but things could have been very different if Nakamura had embraced “Glorious” when he first heard it.
Apparently, Wyatt vs Orton House of Horrors match is a non-title match. If that is the case, Wyatt HAS to win.
He is going to be Josh Mathews tag partner against Jeremy Borash and Abyss ( playing the Joseph Park character )
