Never used anything but the cheap headsets personally. No complaints but I don’t really care if I get the full immersive experience like some on here probably look for. I would have an extremely hard time ever justifying spending $500 on a headset but I’m pretty intrigued by the ones that Bang & Olufsen just came out with specifically for xbox. They don’t have a boom arm for the mic so you could use them for more than just gaming. i have 2 from turtle beach the first is with an audio jack w/ control pack. it was good but i wore it out. bought some bougie set thats completely wireless and expensive. its great but imo my mic isnt the same. with the audio jack you can hear yourself talking and how you sound. i think the audio is a bit tingy in general as well. but it has the same controls if not more than the older ones.
