    Since the world started working from home, I wear a capt hat, aviators, and a Hawaiian shirt for casual Friday and play yacht rock radio on SiriusXM in the background on all my video conferences. It’s hard to get more casual than what I’ve been wearing the rest of the week working from home so I made it into yacht rock fridays

    thats awesome, probably a lot cheaper to have them then too. We looked it up a couple months ago for my wife 40th birthday and it was $30k. Apparently making an album, having a tour sponsored by SiriusXM, and being covered in Rolling Stone twice this year upped their appearance fee

    Since everyone has been in lockdown they have all started doing weekly shows on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook usually while drinking. It’s been pretty entertaining

    It's pandora & iheartradio. Been going for a few years now. Really deep dive conversations (and foolery) with lots of luminaries. But given hiphop's affinity for McDonald, that one was pretty dope.

    Guy won a Grammy and an Oscar by like 27 and then his career derailed.

    these were amazing. went to a screening of them shortly after they originally aired and got to meet and talk to jd ryznar(cool story me). guy was funny as hell and still pops up and random things (believe he did an episode of drunk history this past season). if I remember right a couple of guys from the series had kind of a variety show on vh1 or mtv2 back for a little bit

    They are coming to play at Ravinia close to me at the end of August.

    I have a bunch of friends that are looking for excuses to go to random shows there. I only hope they are ready to keep it smooth for the evening
