That series sucked. Bats actually made up for how terrible Wright and Ubaldo were/are but the bullpen was shit too. Davis heating up at least, need that to continue.
14 over now and Gausman finally got a win during the day game. Great win tonight as Tillman was complete shit and came back from 4-0(Jones made a huge diving catch to prevent it from being 6 or 7-0)

Yep, been really annoying. Gausman makes a good pitch to pop up Gonzalez and instead the wind puts it in the perfect spot for a 2 run double. Trumbo sure is pulling his weight though.
The at bats from Reimold, Joseph, and Flaherty have been pretty special tonight. Going to the 3 Cleveland games this weekend, that this doesn't continue
Our farm sucks but imagine we can call up players better than Joseph or Reimold. Flaherty is annoying too but he's versatile.

Awesome that they scored some fucking runs for the goose tonight as well. He's had more than a few outings where he pitched well enough to win and they couldn't get the bats going.

We're supposedly frontrunners for Melvin Upton with the Blue Jays with Ubaldo and a prospect going the other way(not sure what prospect we have would be enough to take Ubaldo's shitty contract plus Upton). Would like that more than getting some shitty starter who likely won't be that much better than Worley or Tyler Wilson. Hopefully Worley does well today so Duquette doesn't go crazy.
great start even with giving up the bombs by Bundy. You could instantly tell at the start of the 6th that he was running out of gas. Lot of optimism after seeing some of the stuff he had out there tonight.
Pitched a perfect game in between the 2 games and are gonna lose both. Nice to see Wilson rebound and Bundy is a beast, bats have been absolute shit since the break. Nobody is hitting besides Hardy
Going to assume tomorrow is a loss with Ubaldo, big weekend series at Toronto. Tillman vs Sanchez on Sunday should be really good.
Traded Ariel Miranda for Wade Miley, he's pretty mediocre but anything is better than Ubaldo getting starts.
Damn Bundy is throwing really well of late. When he gets his endurance up with a full offseason and experience as a starter, watch out. He's been lights out innings 1-5.

Gausman scares me with his command pretty much every outing at some point, but always finds a way to get through and last 6+ innings. Finished very well. Excited for the future for him and Bundy both.
yeah it's a shame he doesn't have quite the stuff to start but hed seem like a great long man option. bullpen is always a tricky thing mentally though

His control issues are bad. He has great stuff and strikes a ton of guys out...but his walks and inability to locate is maddening
