Started to play IGY and my wife was digging it then the horns kicked in and she was like “uh, this is Steely Dan isn’t it?” No [redacted], it’s Donald Fagen’s solo album The Nightfly!
For the record, my wife likes the Dan but I have a tendency to play it every single time we’re listening to music together.

You and I seem to have very similar Friday/Saturday nights. Once the wife went to bed, I popped on Gaucho while sitting outside and enjoying some rosé. Also, no idea that Mark Knopfler played guitar on Time Out of Mind until recently.
Never seen them without Walter. I’m sure it’ll be clean, crisp and everything else it should be though. Didn’t even know they were touring. Looked it up and they are coming though NC in July, but I’ll be in Europe. Enjoy the show! Looking forward to a recap.

I'm glad you said this because I went Friday night (also without looking at previous setlists) and was about to post about it. Snarky Puppy opening for them in ATL?
Doors were at 6. Snarky Puppy started promptly at 7:30 for about an hour. Steely Dan came out about 850-9 and played 2 hours with only a brief encore break. There were Hawaiian shirts and male ponytails (my man bun included) as far as the eye could see. It was beautiful. Definitely catch SP if you can, they were great. Should have seen them solo a couple nights before.
