The two big battles with the nights watch have been amazing. Probably those and blackwater, trial of tyrion and red wedding episodes were fantastic too though. And when dany first gets the unsullied. Too many great episodes to rank
I never heard of it until my wife got me to watch when we were dating. We binged watched season 1 and Baelor was the episode that let me know this story is on a different level. Grey Worm still has his dick, right? I thought the Unsullied just had their nuts removed, but other characters seem to act like they got the Theon treatment.
I knew I would love this show when they were willing to kill what I perceived to be the main character and protagonist (completely ignorant about the books at that time).
So apparently Chris Ryan from After the Thrones gets to watch the episodes in advance and his quote to Bill Simmons was "this weeks episode is an All-Timer"
Yup, I have always hated when shows take off either Memorial/Labor Day weekends. I was so happy when Season 5 aired through last Memorial weekend. When the show is a such a colossus like GoT, I think HBO realized the viewer ratings will always be there, regardless of whatever holiday it is.
While that's true now, they originally did it for season 3 because the ratings over that weekend for season 2 did noticeably drop. Glad they no longer do it though, because obviously the ratings now are huge.
I wouldn't say anything anyways. I would advise people who are watching it tonight to stay off social media though. You know some dipshit is gonna ruin it for everyone.
god that quality was SHIT. I missed a lot due to the quality being so shitty. 240p doesn't work so well when you put it on a 64.9" tv. Couldn't turn it off though once I started. I'll watch again tonight.
It was free...maybe that makes me even poorer but it was a housewarming gift from my pops. Needed something for the dt condo. Can't really fit much larger in there it's only 1500 sq ft. Tvs in the two bedrooms are even smaller (42")
