That's where he lost me, I think it's more likely he wants those things for another purpose that we're all unaware of. I don't buy the prophecy stuff wrt Baelish.
Definitely on board with the Baelish theory. Gets crazy once they included the part about him not only fooling the realm with what he's up to, but also trying to fool the gods with certain events taking place within the godswood and others where godswoods will not grow. Anxious to see if the whole Harrenhal comes to fruition. Want to check out the Dornish series whenever I get a chance. Got 2 videos in on the minds of wolves & robins one.
Yea I'm completely intrigued by this Sansa-Harrenhal deal. Interesting read: http://branvras.free.fr/HuisClos/Bat.html
tl;dr: Harrenhal has a will of its own and through its curses and such, is calling for its rightful ruler (Sansa)
And to add on, Brienne is using a sword and shield to save her that have connections to both sides of Sansa's family. Oathkeeper came from her fathers sword, Ice. And the shield comes from the extinct house of House Lothston/House Whent, who she is descended from.
I think it is awesome and the journey there would be awesome as well imo. Would equal a bad ass Sansa I don't like the idea that the children are using Bran to enslave humanity but feel that may be true as well
http://branvras.free.fr/HuisClos/Bat.html Long but interesting. She is linked to Harrenhal through her grandmother (Catelyn's mother was a Whent). She is somehow linked to the Lothstons who were before the Whents. Danelle Lothston was the last queen of the castle. She also looks like Sansa: The Lothstons sigil was a bat. After Joffrey was killed, they told stories of Sansa turning into a wolf(Stark) with bat(Lothston) wings. Brienne, who is on a quest to find Sansa, is equipped with Oathkeeper(Ice) and the shield displaying the bat of Lothston. Other than that I dont really have enough knowledge to correctly summarize it.
Speaking of Sansa's heritage, the fact that GRRM has avoided discussing who Ned's mother was has to mean something too, right? Also, where the hell is the extended Stark family? I always wonder if something sort of like Summerhall happened a few generations ago with the Starks since there appears to be only the one line remaining.
Someone has specifically asked who Ned Stark's mother was to GRRM himself and I'm paraphrasing here but I beieve he said it didn't matter and that it was of no consequence to the story. Could be remembering it completely wrong tho.
not really. in the world of ice and fire we have a pretty detailed Stark family tree. Ned's mother was a cousin of Lord Rickard's, and also a Stark. there just wasn't as many Starks compared to other great houses.
Starks took major hits from internal struggle similar to the Targs. Dagon Greyjoy and his attacks on Winterfell probably didn't help either.
So I'm still reading a lengthy AMA on the AOSIAF reddit with Preston Jacobs (guy who creates the awesome theory videos) and now some redditors are pissed that Jacobs uses fan art and doesn't credit the artists, so now they want to petition YouTube to get the videos taken down. Presumably, they themselves haven't asked the artists if they want the videos taken down, either. http://www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf/comments/2uw0z4/spoilers_all_well_met_i_am_preston_jacobs_ask_me/
In terms of Jon coming back in the books, this write-up is the most sensible thing I've seen to date http://www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf/comments/3gwsbp/spoilers_all_will_the_princess_wake_the_sleeping/
It was pretty hilarious this morning; my Flipboard feed regurgitated this story about 17 times from different outlets. It's safe to say GoT fever hasn't yet died down.
Re: Hey you fat fucking cunt cock sucking whore of a bastard! Stop replying to my stupid emails and continue writing the series that brought your sorry sack of shit ass to fame!
How, and/or why? Jon would have be older than he is, wouldn't have been a baby coming back to Winterfell.
I believe 10, 7, 5 - I believe that Robb legitimized Jon, but I don't think Jon will be Lord of Winterfell.
