I’ve never heard of peanut allergies Vaccines may have caused them How did Gus know he did anything wrong Bucknuts gonna bucknuts
Supposedly Oklahoma has already walked away, while schools like Texas have current players asking them to do the same.
Even better: We should take him and stand up for Gus’ rights, hire Chris Beard too and Zach Smith This country is pathetic
Im not convinced our NIL game is that strong. Definitely not A List. Every recruitment we have a chance to prove it, we don't. We're either cheap or not willing to go above and beyond. Its not like we have an expensive roster as is. We spent the Harsin years not really doing much besides paying to keep some of our players from leaving.
Yeah that was kinda my point about not having an expensive roster, especially the DL room since Marcus Harris dipped off to the draft with eligibility left. Then we missed on Kam Franklin, LJ McCray, and Jeremiah Beaman, so someone was bound to get a better offer from us because we need some starters lol
The NCAA is dumb and awful at running major college athletics. That doesn't mean we have to act like the banning of cookie cakes and photo shoots is anything other than the NCAA stopping things on behalf of the schools that were colossal wastes of time for everyone involved.
I will miss Gator dads wearing full uniforms with their kids and Brian Kelly’s awkward nightclub photoshoots
I don't understand what this solves, other than taking away pretty significant visit weekends for HS kids before they sign.
I don't think signing day is that relevant any more considering the new rules where kids can basically get out of NLIs for any reason. But signing day before all the coaches are fired and replaced by 20+ new coaches seems like an odd choice to put on a bunch of HS kids. And especially if you're taking away those visit weekends kids might get to meet those new coaches at various places. I get that it's cluttered, but the entire country jumping around stealing kids from schools while they're in the playoff seems weirder to me than waiting for the entire CFB regular season to end before HS kids can sign NLIs.
I tend to agree. And the answer people will give to that is "they don't have to sign early". But now they're not only getting pressure from coaches but the collectives to sign and guarantee that money so they basically have no choice but to sign early. Which isn't going to help matters going forward as it pertains to the portal with kids jumping ship when it doesn't work.
The whole point of ESD was for kids schools to be able to get the kids who wanted to be done with the process in the boat so both parties didn't have to worry about it anymore. It took less than 5 years to go from that to ESD is actual signing day and maybe a handful of kids waited until february to sign. IMO Get rid of ESD, make it a dead period from the end of conferance championship week to the day after the National championship game. so kids can focus on their playoffs/finals and schools can focus on their bowl game/playoffs.
So UGA is really gonna get Zayden Walker, Elijah Griffin, Jared Smith, Zion Grady and Justus Terry? Smh
No on Jared Smith. He was awful at camp last weekend where there were no real OT’s but maybe Dice? Be lucky to hold onto Terry. It’s going to come down to Miami NIL for Zayden. Grady is Alabama kid. Stop playing with us.
I love these rankings updates where guys have done literally nothing for 3 months, but somehow rise/fall in the rankings by hundreds of spots.
I was talking about the ND kid who moved up 200 spots since their last update in January when he literally did nothing. I can make it Ohio State related though. Mariyon Dye went from unranked to #47 overall. They dropped Faheem Delane 100 spots to the #12 safety (lol).
