The thread is titled "All time dimes". Not "women we find attractive". Not "women who were attractive 20 years ago and aged well". It's about women you think are among the hottest ever. There are no other rules. Or, in the words of my guy Subhas, "book is book".
eh, Danny's right. thread has clearly changed to "this girl was hot when she was in her 20s, she's still hot when she's in her 50s". it's a way better thread this way regardless. "really hot women" is a boring thread we have two dozen versions of, a discussion over women with timeless beauty is way better for a thread topic.
Disagree, wes tegg what was your thought when making the thread. I also don’t think it’s just a hot girl thread. I think it’s a specific moment in time or quality or something special that makes them an all timer. e.g. Grace Kelly in addition to being absolutely gorgeous is also an amazing character in Rear Window which adds to her charm making Grace Kelly in Rear Window an all time dime. If she didn’t age well (she did), she’d still be an all time dime in that movie.
Can definitely be both, my original point was Daniel Ocean shouldn’t be policing the thread for his misunderstanding of the point of the thread.
I mean all I did was give my opinion on someone posted who I didn’t think belonged because I personally thought she was too young. I did that exact thing when glimmer posted someone young too. I didn’t get any pushback then so idk what’s the problem now. I have my opinion you guys don’t agree and that’s fine. We can disagree and move on. my guy no offense but that’s almost a month old post. I’ve kinda moved on but to answer your question it does seem like I was mistaken and wes tegg meant a specific role that an actress played in which she was an all time dime such as CZJ in Zorro and not a woman you’d consider an all time dime.
