obviously its early but still i know we are going to make a run at yaya toure a lot of people think we are going to make a bid for maicon and david silva too, but i dont know about their availability idk beyond that
i fully expect to see us deal robinho for toure either way we wont be dealing with barca unless yaya is headed to manchester
Re: are there any realistic targets for your team in the january transfer window lol at tags. If we sell the team there will prolly be a few purchases for Newcastle. And sense we suck we can still bring people in on loan
Re: are there any realistic targets for your team in the january transfer window Getting Franco back...
If that's the case, I don't think you'll be sniffing Toure. Just know that on the money end, we're going to go a long ways to keep him.
http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/sport/512095/City-confident-of-Yaya-Toure-capture.html no need to mention money to me, seoul
All I know is that everyone in Europe should be all over a kid named Krasic (Serbian), who currently plays in Russia. I think he's going to be a great player in a few years. FWIW, I'll leave since Milan will be battling for relegation by January, will buy no one, and then fail.
we need a yaya toure and then send someone like kompany or de jong off on loan i think we would be just fine with zab at right back instead of richards, but i do think we need a class right winger so ideally it would be toure, and whoever (pls david silva) and maybe maicon
so he's gonna play right in front of his brother eh toure toure center defense would serve man titty pretty well
yeah id trade robinho for toure straight up tbh robinho just hasnt reached his potential in the premiership
On the realio, you guys need to invest more in your youth system. Yaya's a good player, but Busquets will do a fine job replacing him. Get good players, make them better, profit off the likes of Man City and Chelski, cry when Arsenal steals some of our youth talent before they can legally sign with us.
Re: are there any realistic targets for your team in the january transfer window we are said to be in hot pursuit of dragoev(sp?) mid from cska moscow. i think we are plenty fine at forward and mid all i want is a stud defender.
I would be happy with Toure Robinho swap, makes since for City, not sure it makes Barca much better. We got plenty of strikers and the past few games he has been out City has looked better. Robinho trys to do to much. He is a good player but I don't see him ever becoming a star. We don't need him but I really like Toure and think he would make a fine addition.
Probably closer to 17, and it will be nothing compare to the :bananadog:of Cesc leaving Arsenal to return to his roots.
meh we all know he is leaving eventually, then Merida will just have to step in, and Jack Wilshere will be better than both of them
i dont think the up and ups will stop investing in the academy, we have a pretty strong youth system and a good amount of our roster is from the academy even though we went on that spending spree the academy won the FA youth cup a couple years back and from all reports, we are still trying to bring in more really talented kids...we just get beat out for them more often then not unfortunately
eastlands is still bigger than some places like anfield, stamford bridge, villa park, goodison, white hard lane, etc
Opened thread then worked my way down. Read the tag and then realized how true it is and now I am  Just MILAN
Kind of bad when the attendance record for a basketball game is more than Chelsea can fit into their stadium.
