This is pretty accurate, but everyone has a different tolerance and set/setting is huge. Mushrooms can have big variation in potency strain to strain, batch to batch, and cap to cap. Some of the small ones can pack a punch. You can normalize a batch by grinding and making chocolates or capsules.
