FUCKIN SHIT. I knew he was gonna score and my other internet explorer (at work i know it sucks) window froze so I had to shut it down. I have a Juve stream too let me get it back up and I'll post it.
good reaction by OM after they got down early. it would be nice if zurich could get a result but i wont hold my breath.
Drogba makes it 2-1 for Chelsea, who were playing with 10 men with Essien out injured. Lampard has come in to replace him HOW IN THE HELL DID REAL MISS THAT. Amazing header by Ronaldo hit the post and then they had 3 chances from point blank and could not put it in. This is a great match so far.
Good to see that Milan did not show up to play today. Dominated from the start and careless with possession.
Turned the Zurich-Milan game off, because I feel as though I've been a curse for Milan in CL so far this season. Just following the game on a message board. Milan's midfield is too weak to do any damage in Europe.
if its not for lucho gonzalez pissing down his leg in this game and brandao missing the easiest sitter ever against milan OM would be going through. But when you misses easy chances like that you dont deserve to go through. Even worse Niang is probably going to be out for a while because he probably either seperated his shoulder or broke his collarbone.
They are saying two CSKA players tested positive for doping and the team possibly will not be allowed to advance, A hearing will be held a day before the draw. :oshit:
Fucking Juve........ All you needed was a fucking Draw..... Milan and fiorentina will carry the Italian flag
We need midfielders, man. Either that, or Leonardo will have to sacrifice his attacking system by inserting an extra DM. I guess we could replace Seedorf with Flamini and have Pirlo move up into the more attacking position. Pirlo was atrocious today, though.
I think Milan's biggest problem right now is inconsistency some of their players. It kind of comes with the territory of being an old as fuck team, though.
I'll probably start searching around Europe for a successful team that I can call my own for a few years...
Milan's biggest issue is that we don't have ANY depth (much less quality depth) whatsoever at like 70% of our positions...the legs are getting run off the players how many games in a row have Seedorf, Pato, etc... started? Sure we may have some decent results now, but without giving them any rest we are gonna be shit by March at the latest.
Should get a little bit easier now, though. The quality of teams improves dramatically, but we won't be playing three games /week until the Knockout Rounds begin. You're absolutely right about the depth. That's pretty much what I meant to say. Beckham will actually do a lot of good for the team, because he can play in Pirlo or Seedorf's position. That will allow us to rotate those two more, and Leonardo needs to do a much better job of rotating Ambrosini and Flamini. Ambrosini should have been rested in favor of Flamini over the weekend. Would have killed to get Krasic in January, FWIW.
