I watched it again. She cooks the chorizo Strains it into a bowl and saves the oil Cooks the butter in the same pan to get all the scrapple from the pan Adds the oil back to the pan Adds all that to the blender with the egg, etc.

Every time I see this thread title my brain reads it as "Chicks You Overate", so this recent run of Cooking Goddesses has been very satisfying.
Who is this? Because I thought it was that girl who was a Daily Show correspondent, maybe had her own show for a minute. But your caption makes me think not.
