Helldivers 2 Thread - DEMOCRACY WAITS FOR NO ONE

Yeah servers seem to be overloaded. We weren't getting any rewards.

 

Just bought this game and it appears I’ve made a mistake

 

Played some tonight to get double XP. Jokes on me, they made it worse and I get no XP.

 

Nah it's a great game. It's just blown up in popularity. Servers are getting slammed.

 

hoping to dive into this once I finish Bloodborne so maybe it will have died down a bit

I aimed my reinforcement pod at a bug breach last night and got stuck clipped in on the other side of it where I could melee attack the bugs but they couldn’t hit me

killed like 20 before I got bored and killed myself with a grenade to drop back in

 

It was on hard, but yeah we just kinda dropped into Normandy there.

Didnt do it there, but had another kill a big bug by aiming my reinforcement pod at them. So satisfying.

 

Yeah I need to post my code in here but keep forgetting. Just been shocked to actually get into the game lately.

 

I’m a level 7.

I usually prefer solo games. The COOP in this game is extremely fun. You can hop in and out of groups and I have only had positive experiences.

I haven't played today. Been crashing when trying to extract and I'm a bit frustrated at the moment.

 

just tried to get on to browse the updated store and I can’t get in

game is so good but this is really annoying

 

I have had to do most of the missions solo this afternoon because of matchmaking.

Starting to get a nice mix of stratagems which is fun to test out.

 

Doing a 30-40 minute mission on suicidal only to crash at the end really takes the wind out of your sails. Hopefully they get things ironed out soon.

Back in got my medals and just realized you can buy new stratagems and shit

this game is so fucking good when it works

 

I think I’ve had everyy eventually show up for me.

I’ve gone from level 6 to 11 now this weekend despite all the trouble and disconnects.

the ship customization computers allow you to buy upgrades to the ship and unlock stratagems I didn’t know that so it’s all new to me
