binged Echo and enjoyed it (loved initial 3 episodes, felt episode 4 was good, and episode 5 was okay). really impressed by the actress playing Maya Lopez, especially in the scenes with D'onofrio. I need more Biscuits in my life.
This was me. Binged the first 7 episodes last night because I remembered this comment while browsing for something to watch. So glad I did. Didn’t watch the original show, but this version feels like the animated version of tearing through the stack of X-books I’d pick up from the comic shop every first Thursday of the month circa 1986-93. Like mainlining nostalgia.

The MCU turning him into an Alex Jones rip-off was a nice spin, but Raimi's Spider-Man nailed it so well that it won't ever be topped.

It's also accurate in a sense that the Avengers never help the X-Men, always fuck them over, and make them do a ton of heavy lifting while they didn't do dick quite often in the 90's comics and hell even now.
