98.4% Win Probability after Mitchell hit the jumper to go up 100-90 with 2:35 left and then Thunder go on a 12-0 run to win it I know every team has one or two of those a year (that's what 98% implies; that this happens once every 50 games...) but it feels like this happens to this team every 15 games or so where we lose one where you go "how the hell did that happen?" and it doesn't seem fixed vs. a young Thunder team
Completely agree happens all the time. Also Darius better start staying healthy if we want Mitchell to stay.
Garland and Allen were out. I understand and agree to an extent but it’s not like they were at full power.
garland and allen are enormous losses. i think people take for granted how good allen is (admittedly he sucked in the postseason). our defense absolutely wasn't the same last year when he was out of the lineup. garland's absence puts too much pressure on mitchell to create. we still don't have a dynamic 3. i was skeptical of strus, and while he hasn't been bad this year, he's not really the type of player who can create and initiate offense on his own that said, i'm very much out on bickerstaff. he's a tank commander.
Said it in the NBA thread I am over Jarrett Allen. He is so weak, and so uncomfortable with the ball. Need to get anything they can for him.
I don't think I agree. The team is so much better offensively and defensively when he's on the court. If you're dealing him you'd need to acquire basically the same type of player coming back.
My only problem with him is he gets pushed around by the Embids/Jokics of the world (but who doesn’t).
He definitely does get pushed around by those guys and Mitchell Robinson and Pat Beverly. But his hands are awful for being a role man. He fumbled so many passes last night.
Broke his face and they’ve been on a roll without him so I’m sure they’re just letting it completely heal before they risk reinjury.
Bickerstaff is so fucking useless. Just incapable of making any adjustments or putting together good rotations.
we've scored 100 points once in ten postseason games under bickerstaff. historically useless head coach. the entire organization should be fired into the sun for that second half "performance"
