Like I said, #humble. No, honestly I haven't been on the board much in recent months and didn't think to post about it. My brother is a ridiculously awesome and generous person and the last couple of years he's organized the Red Café VIP experience for us. This year is was the Liverpool game, last year it was the last game of the season against Crystal Palace (and Rooney's last). First stop was in Amsterdam for the Liam Gallagher concert of Thursday night, then we flew to Manchester on Friday. We stay at Hotel Football, because it's right across the road and they have a solid pub on the ground floor and a bigger club-ish style venue downstairs. The jewel is on the roof, where the have an astroturf pitch that is converted into a boozer on match day with an amazing view of the East Stand. The Red Café VIP gets you in early for a three course lunch and all the booze you want. There is constant entertainment, drawings, etc.. You are then lead to a section with the other VIP guests (there are different packages) in the Sir Alex Stand. It's a fucking incredible experience, especially when you're two for two in the win column. My brother has been to some incredible games, league, FA Cup, Champions League and England games. He's seen the Premier League trophy presentation at Old Trafford. We were talking about when he was at this game while we were boozing in the morning. Anyway, United supporter since 1991 when I used to watch my uncle's season in review VHS while my parents and family boozed during the holidays. Really caught the beginning of the wave and from '91-'97 lived and breathed all things United, before a little coverage break when we moved to the States, but thankfully Fox remedied that a few years later. If anyone has any logistical questions or any questions about how amazing Cantona was, I'd be happy to answer.
That's my 'proof of life' for the post. Also, I see your teams. I live in Portland now and went to the Oregon : WSU game last October as my introduction to Eugene.
Fred has supposedly signed the paperwork....announcement maybe held up to make double announcement with Dalot
What do you mean? I think Brazil's coach said he wanted his players to have their club situations sorted out prior so they can be completely focused on the World Cup.
Let him go then. Mourinho isn’t blameless but the player has to want to better himself and I don’t see that from him
