Yeah no doubt. Podolski played poorly. I wasn't trying to say that Serbia was better. That came out wrong.
What were you trying to say then? You were questioning why someone would want to play Germany over the team who beat Germany (Serbia). Outside of Serbia being better than Germany, why wouldn't someone want to play them instead of Germany?
podolski played well, finished poorly imo on another day he has 4 goals, barely missed the volley at ~10 minutes, missed pk, two other close shots when he missed low and wide
Yeah basically was just wondering why that was his preference. I'd rather play Germany cause we owe them one, and my grandmother's German and it would piss her off if we won. Sorry that I asked the question.
Doesn't matter if Serbia is better then us, I think we would have a much better chance beating them then we would against Germany.
