They’re going to be able to sign a dickload of league one level players. The salary difference between league two and league one is pretty negligible. So unless they think their current players can perform at league one level, it’s probably smart to release them

 

I think they’ll be able to get to the championship in 3 years and then their momentum will stall out

 

That would be fairly impressive to make it up that quick. Then the money gets to a completely different level

 

They’ll get 100 points in league two im pretty sure. It might take them more than one year to get out of league one

The majority of players in league one and two are on one year contracts, so wrexham will be able to get some good players without paying fees. And now that they’re out of the national league, the stigma of dropping out of the EFL isn’t there for the players.
