I've heard more than a few people saying this is due to Georgia's gun laws preventing organizers from banning weapons at the festival because it was in a public park, but Shaky Knees seems to have a lineup fairly comparable to last year so who knows. Always loved 420 so I hope it's not on its way out.
Widespread Panic decided to do 6 nights of shows in Austin around 4/20 I’m sure that threw a curveball at Sweetwater fest looking for a headliner for that lineup
this the new gun law caused issues securing insurance among other things. Happened with Music Midtown as well.
Friday is fun as hell. I've seen the top three artists and they all have a lot of fun. Big Freedia the most fun
I want to go to the Saturday show. Anyone ever done this festival? Nervous about a Utah festival being lame
that seems like more of a hassle than just getting the vpn for bbc iplayer I just download the torrance for the sets I wanna watch the next day tbh
100% going to this. Went to the one in Oregon for the eclipse in 2017 and it was the craziest festival I’ve ever been to. Lack of rules and people that worked there, just pure chaos and had music 24/7 for 5 days
Late to the Cercle Party, but stumbled on them yesterday. These 2 sets are so good. My brother has a ski chalet in Chamomix and I’ve been up Aiguille Du Midi a couple of times, so it’s pretty cool to watch this. The drone shots are dope on both.
