United Airlines Still Doing United Airlines Things

I just want everyone to know how much I hate Southwest. I used to be unbothered by their shittiness and had some moderately good experiences with them in the past, but they fucking suck and I hate them.

To put these things into perspective, it's like seeing a 1996 Honda Civic broke down on the side of the highway and immediately going, "Another day, Another Honda broke down!!!" Boeing ships the planes out and then it's up to the individual airline to maintain them. These things are modular to where EVERYTHING on the plane is swapped out for various reasons. Nothing on the plane stays with the airframes for it's lifetime. Engines, landing gear, hydraulic pumps, etc are all changed out.

 

Currently living out a nightmare with American Airlines because my first flights pilot showed up 40 minutes after an already delayed light was supposed to leave. Does anyone have Pete's number.
