I think Cael will stop coaching when he can't whoop these kids anymore. Supposedly the Sandersons have invested well and really don't need to work anymore. Maybe it's wishful thinking, but what would be doing right by DT? Make Cael resign? Make AB transfer?
Beef with Bo was mostly started by DT The training partners were decided as a group I don't know that they can disclose that while under appeal I don't think there will be bad blood. It's a grown man making the best decision for him and his family.

This is what it sounded like on the Iowa wrestling board. Goetz the AD might've decided to try waiting 1 more year. Unsure on that, but it sounds like she is willing to start spending big on a splash hire and DT was supposed to be it. I don't follow this stuff close enough so have no clue who would be next on the list if Iowa decides to move on from Brands next year.
Looks like Spencer will have: Morocco which should be a free W Zou of China which is a tough one but Spencer is TKWAC. Egorov of Macedonia is a Russian transfer. Paris bound Zain has Tumur Ochir of Mongolia in the R16 and he is probably the toughest guy in the entire bracket. Getting past him will be his toughest test but he's a gold medalist for a reason.
