I'm not sure they're quite "stupid and pointless" as there is relevant data in there. But I agree that "look at all the red counties" is pretty misleading, which is exactly what you say they want out of it. So i agree on that
when you lose the election by 3 million votes and use a map to try and show the inverse, it's pointless
In fact, the very first sentence of my response asks if what I am inferring from your post is accurate. I must be trying to help - I used an income valuation measure in my response. Sounds like you just "recently" learned what that means. Again...lamenting that your property taxes are 50% of your income when what you've shared says your income should be twice as high says more about your questionable management of the asset than about property taxes. If you care to share more details and chat, feel free to DM me -- I'm always happy to teach real estate to a struggling fellow TMBer.
Before we jump to conclusions we should consider that Eric might technically not be human thus rendering his statement factual
My favorite genius IQ level Shu -ism was him trying to explain to everyone how he had a secret formula to bet on roulette. Him trying to tell everyone there was a higher chance it would hit red after it hits black a few times magical. Guy doesn't understand basic probability but is top 1% IQ level.
Ah, I was asking Shu what he did on a typical day other than sit on his ass and collect rent while his management company handled his properties. Your day sounds more excisting.
You sure that was Shu? Because Rules is quite incompetent when it comes to understanding probability as well.
He also had trouble with probability this played out when discussing fivethirtyeight.com probability model.
how did any of his staff allow this picture to be taken he looks like a baby sitting in a high chair, he looks engulfed by the office the photographer did this framing intentionally and no one stopped him incompetence, not even addressing being ok with the electoral maps being out
I love the photo. made it my cover photo. cropped out his torso so you just see his tiny hands and the maps.
This is just the start of it. Love how he claims to know the probability, but talks himself out of it time and time again. Classic conspiracy theorist.
N Korea just tested a ballistic missile. Get ready for the draft boys. Mr. Trump here are my measurables 5"11 165 4.8 40 Push up max - 40 Pull up max - 18 Used to play airsoft
I can't even begin to imagine what cleaning up North Korea is going to be like. Those people are basically children. Assimilating them into the free world is going to be ridiculously hard to actually implement. I'm sure American and Chinese businessmen won't go in and exploit the situation at all.
... like our President? Not sure he could pull that off though. He just wants to play with the shiniest toys in his new sandbox.
But are you a coach on the field? Do you bring your lunch pail everyday? With those measurables you better
All properties are not income producing. If I need real advice I'd certainly tell you the details. But atm I don't, and I don't really care if you all believe what I am saying or not. If someone cares to help pay, I'll provide all details necessary.
This is what I do for work - It all depends. Phone calls daily. Meet with people weekly. Pay bills, run errands, see about whatever needs to be seen about whenever I need to. Do some maintenance, piddle around. I usually pick up the trash at all the complexes once a week. Good way to peek around, see how things are going, show my face .
different topic (this ones on NK), but more gems from 3 other posters: - "Ready to just go nuke those slant eyed cuccs" - "I think we should bomb them and accidentally drop 1 on Hollywood in the process." - "Fvckin gooks"
so not just bad hombres its real convenient which promises he keeps vs breaks the racist ones he keeps the economic populism ones he breaks
Someone at work is pretty staunchly anti illegal immigration and pro border control. Best I can figure for allowing illegals to stay in place is that they're trying to better their lives, pay some form of taxes, and removing them also costs money. Am I missing any other obvious points? Falling back to "yes but they broke the law" is a sticking point, obviously.
It's also bad for the economy, farmers rely on "cheap" labor to pick fruits. Also lot of those being deported have kids that are Americans and separating families is a shitty thing to do. That's not even getting into the people protected by DACA that are still being deported/detained.
the labor argument is shitty and way more complicated advocating for people to be exploited, citizen or not, is shitty regardless of how much produce would cost its a complex issue because its almost all gray but Republicans like usual want it to be extremely black and white
