lol at a guy in the MAC running his mouth. That might be the worst league in the country. https://www.cbssports.com/college-f...rritate-at-least-some-group-of-five-brethren/
What a moron. Having a G5 playoff would be the worst thing the G5 could do. It would only serve to further relagate the G5 and bolster the P5s claim to break away into a separate division. A G5 playoff is exactly what the P5 and their media partners would want. At least how it is now they have to pretend to give a shit about the G5
I was toying with the idea of getting season tickets this year cuz I might be able to make 3-4 of the games but I just found out I’m getting deployed so I’d maybe make one or two. Sigh. Last year was annoying because with my rotating shifts all of my weekends I worked we’re home games and weekends off we’re away. #slightlookatme
Only guy at brass tap to scream when that 3 at 0.7 seconds went in for OT. Great game. Any chance of making tourney more even with that loss?
I think at this point we either have to get to the champ game or win it all (more likely) to get in. Can't say I see that happening with how inconsistent we have been this year. Will be interesting to see if we get an invite to the NIT.
God speed. I might be heading to Iraq in September, but I'm hoping I get pushed back until next year. I have fucking 3 classes until I finally graduate and I'll be fucking pissed if its delayed a year to go do bullshit in Baghdad. Shit you do to keep your clearance active
pffft, that would have been enticing when I was active, but now I can contract in the same place with a similar job and make 3x the pay, no thanks. If I was being properly utilized, and in an area where my presence would make a difference I would have no problem deploying, but I'm not an analyst and didn't join to be one so they can fuck off.
This Shaquem letter is well done. https://www.theplayerstribune.com/shaquem-griffin-ucf-nfl-draft-letter-to-general-managers/
You probably know what happened next: Over the next two seasons, Coach Frost turned an 0–12 program into an undefeated, national championship team. (That’s right, I said national championship team. And nobody can convince me otherwise.) Sincerely, Shaquem Griffin University of Central Florida 2017 National Champions (13–0)
He really does need a statue. Also it got me thinking, how slow does he type? That shit has to be harder than playing football for him.
We have a one armed legal researcher at work who's a ridiculously fast typist. Dudes also a hyper competitive combat veteran so that might also play in to it.
Not for nothing but tennis teams are playing in front of a big crowd and it's on tennis channel. College Matchday vs Michigan. Hitt and White both here.
They any good this year? I know the coaching was supposedly way upgraded and we had some really solid transfers last year.
Haven't looked recently but I know both started off good with some #Power6 wins. Women's team overachieving I think but this is just year 2 At the new campus so hopefully see a more consistent ranked team within a couple years. No reason not to considering the location.
I don't see anyone keeping him off the field. He is going to be a starter in the league and be a good one at that.
Once he started going I immediately said this guy is fucking moving. It was clear that he was way faster than the guys before him.
I don’t like he seahawks and I hate Pete Carroll but both brothers on the field at the same time will get me to watch their games every week, enough so that it may be a factory in my fantasy draft
BTW I love the idea that people hated on the whole national champs thing based on our lowly G5 talent and schedule and its immediately followed by our pro players going to the combine and leading categories and our star player being THE story of the event.
