Also, I know it's rare, but is there anyone that has a hookup for cheaper tickets at Universal? Planning on getting the 2 park to park, but just wanted to ask before we got them through Universal.
It was fine, its always more of a pain than anything as they restrict food vendors and barricade everything off. I think that whole Orlando Eye thing is a pretty big tourist trap but maybe its cooler than I know. Fri sounds like its going to be pretty gross but it rains all the time here in the summer so you just deal with it. I'd Uber downtown on Sat and just make a day of it.
We're staying in IDrive area, and was recommended MoonFish for a nicer dinner. Would you recommend that as well, or anything else come to mind?
Go to Vines for their happy hour. Its awesome. There are a ton of good restaurants in that area. I think thats good but I've never been.
I went to Moonfish a few years ago and think there are better options on Sand Lake Road for similar price points I’ve not been to Vines but everyone i know that’s been there likes it. My personal favorite high end restaurant in that area is Eddie Vs
My coworkers rave about this Pio Pio place near by. It’s Latin food and apparently 4.5 stars on google with over 1k in reviews
This site got hacked right? So If it is based on account addresses, then it would be the billing address is my guess, which means a lot of cheaters residing in Fl.
Can someone give me a rundown of how to be a Magic fan? Any helpful hints would be much appreciated. I recently watched the 30 for 30 and had a Penny Jersey when I was a kid. Never had a reason to like the NBA until Chuma got drafted. I also like the song Mo Bamba.

Say "Blue and White Ignite" a lot on Facebook Find Stuff and get a picture with him Get a car magnet to put next to your Orlando City SC car magnet which is next to your Disney Passholder car magnet Mention in casual conversations how cool the Amway Arena was "when things were good" Reminisce about missing free throws in Finals games Learn to say "If only Courtney Lee hit that fucking lay up"
Seriously though this city was awesome when the Magic were good. Everyone really embraces it and you can feel it throughout the city.
Haven’t renewed mine in a couple years while our daughter got old enough. Wife wants to get them back. Meanwhile we get free tickets to universal but need these too apparently
I'll be visiting in a couple weeks with the family. We'll be in the Lake Buena Vista area. Where are some good places to eat with a family?
no clue what the kirkman re-design is gonna look like, but that new Universal park by I-drive is gonna be a shit show for traffic
I was driving through DT this afternoon and it seems like a lot of the old downtown scene is gone. Just a bunch of building for lease. Sad!
Just had the foxtail open in lake Nona right next to a rukus cycling studio and island fin poke. Fan of the poke place. We need more reliable lunch spots over here.
Y I K E S , looks like I won't be going there anymore. I'll stick with my dollar coffee from 7 eleven. Or hit Creedo or something
I am going to be in Disney for a family vacation and need to host a client meeting the week I'm there. They agreed to fly to Orlando because I refused to cancel my vacation, so at least I just lose 1 day and don't have to hire a divorce attorney. I'll probably just rent out a hotel meeting room, but wanted to ask what a good location would be (part of town, not necessarily the hotel)? Folks will be flying in from all over. Mostly 30s, a couple in their 40s. Just looking for a not sleepy part of town, but nothing gritty either.
There’s several nice hotels on Semoran right by the airport. I held several meetings there before. Good staff, good rooms, and they’ll cater meals.
2nd lake Nona and if it's on a Thursday or Friday night, boxi park is open and it's perfect for that sort of casual work outing. but it's only open Thursday-sunday. If you stay in the Courtyard you're connected to it plus Park pizza and chroma which are two other solid work-outing spots
Nah. Flying in Thursday evening, meeting Friday from 8-1, then maybe hitting up a park. Some folks will take the opportunity to spend Friday night there, too.
