So that’s 3 goal against overturned, 2 red card shouts that weren’t even reviewed by VAR, a penalty awarded that went their way and 2 potential penalties against them that haven’t been given. All in one week for United. Did someone at Stockley park mix up United with Liverpool this week?

I'd say the club that didn't have a transfer ban probably had the better squad going into the season.
And yet somehow Chelsea brought in the best player bought by either team in August. They also were able to recall some of their loan army. Its not like Chelsea just stood pat.
They already had Mount and Abraham under contract doofus. They were on loan. Yea they added Pulisic, but you going to say that that make Chelsea a better squad than what you have?
They didn't recall anyone. Abraham and Mount's loans ended at each of the clubs they went to. The question was the better squad. And Chelsea not being able to have a full summer to buy altered the quality of their club....
They added 3 players that were not on their roster last year. Could they have improved the club more with even more purchases? Sure, but to act like they didn't add anyone just isn't true.
Sure it counts. But my point was that due to the lack of having a full transfer window, it didn't allow them to add a lot of strength to their squad. Man United's overall roster, in my opinion, was and still is better than Chelsea's. But luckily for Chelsea, United have no direction/idea of what they're doing on the field.
Two of the players were being paid by Chelsea already. I don't agree with the notion that they count as new transfers.
They were not on the roster last year, they are on the roster this year. Therefore if we are talking about this years roster, they count. Trent Alexander Arnold was in the academy 3 years ago, does he not count towards the Liverpool team that made the Champions League final with him starting every game at right back?
In the way I was speaking, no it doesn't. I specifically said transfers, and Mount/Abraham were not transfers. HTH
What? Chelsea not being able to make purchases hurt their ability to improve their squad. I answered the question you asked.
