Just google ps4 headset. There's hundreds. You don't need anything fancy. I have the Sony ps4 platinum one and it works fine. There's probably much cheaper ones that do the same thing.
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Headset-...PPahVg-WsspGAd7d4eUN4ydx15pbrKYBoCVxcQAvD_BwE That's the one that came w/ my PS4. It's basic as fuck and only has one ear piece, but it's also $8 and works.
My PS4 just showed up, setting it up now and trying to figure out how to work everything after about 12 years of not owning a gaming system.
Guys buying new systems and downloading the game and we got guys whining that we aren't jamming it up to HOF difficulty from jump smh
I don't care about all star that is the standard setting for mid tier ranked games. Nobody uses guess pitch because its glitchy was my issue.
I thought about doing a 20 game custom season thing and then top 4 or 8 make the playoffs but idk if we'd ever finish something like that
I literally haven’t held a controller in 12 or so years so I will need a little practice to even have fun with live competition.
not positive but I think with custom leagues you can just play your game with your opponent at anytime, so no real order. Might not be so hard. Also I think custom leagues keeps up with stamina from game to game. So you wouldn’t have to worry with anyone over using any pitchers.
I suck so much at hitting. It's literally homer or nothing. I can't string more than one or two hits together ever.
Yea from what I read I'd love it bc of fatigue but there's no postseason so that blows. But yea I think you can play whenever, like back on NCAA. We'd advance like Monday, Thursday, and Saturday or something like that. You just had to play your game between those days or it got simmed.
Yea hitting isn't easy. Apparently some are Babe Ruth in his prime but I'm going to keep it as easy as can be for the rest of us scrubs. If it's on HOF, a lot of non-Babe games end up being 1-0 extra inning snoozefests. I can't tell you how many online games I've won via a suicide squeeze late in the game to win 1-0.
First game vs CPU and I’m losing 1-0 to the Nats through 4. Exhilarating. I did have quite the virtual happy hour today that may be impeding my learning ability.
Pitch counts? What do you mean? fyo for some reason when you send a challenege to someone, it defaults to quick counts on, meaning every AB starts with a count. Some start 1-0, some 0-2, some 3-2, etc. Shit sucks.
My first online game with my diamond team the other guy has mookie, bagwell, rollins, glavine, eddie murray, jd martinez, others my best player is andrelton simmons wtf is this
I want to play that mode pretty bad but I don't have the time to play challenge after challenge. I was going to buy like $1k worth of stubs and buy a squad to play it but I went to the market and Mike Trout was equal to almost $200 in stubs iirc and I was like welp I'm not spending $5k to build a team so I turned it off. And there's all of those add on like +5 fielding or some shit cards and I just don't know what it all means.
yeah thats what I meant, the quick counts on. I just can't ever imagine having the patience to actually work counts so its nice to have variety in the counts plus have realistic pitch counts for SPs instead of a guy being at 66 pitches through 8 innings. Also it helps speed up play a ton which I like.
It just ends up making the game feel more realistic to me, I'd love to work counts and have plate discipline and shit but when you're playing a video game eventually you just want action. But if I'm starting off 3-2 or 2-1 then I can take a few more pitches than I typically would. I understand how some wouldn't like it, though.
That's not how it works. Trout goes for 250k , the next closest is bellinger at like 110k. You could build an all diamond squad for 1 trout.
Why is Trout so much? I know he's great, but 2-3x every other player? And what about old players? I'd want like an all-Yankees old timers squad. Mantle, Ruth, Dimaggio, etc.
