Really curious about the Kanto's that Robinson guy dabbles in extreme high end stuff and raves about those.
Me too. some reviews on Amazon have me a little hesitant. But if I can turn those into my Home Theater/record player/blue tooth speakers. I'll be ecstatic
These aren’t expensive enough for TMB but they work just fine. Picked up the five pack, threw batteries in all of them and put one in my car, wife’s car, bedside table, entrance table thing with the keys that I’m sure has a proper name... 5 Pack Mini Flashlights LED Flashlight 300lm Adjustable Focus Zoomable Light (Black)
Good to know thanks. Between Walmart, Target or Amazon you can always save at least $75 on one of the sites.
I’ll be curious if it breaks down well. It’d be nice to get our tailgate tv up out of the truck bed... if we have something to tailgate.
i'm buying a (used) car for the first time and i inquired yesterday on a car buying site on a few different cars. i had eight missed calls and five voice mails today, starting at 5:40 AM. and about a dozen e-mails, many from the same dealership and even the same person. i was not prepared.
A Vendor gave me one of these at work. It's skrong and pulls open to double as a work light and/or warning light.
I needed some tee shirts to do yard work in/wear at Lake/beach. Dick's had these for 8 bucks. Super comfortable.
Have neuropathy in my feet so I’ve been going shoe crazy while my meds get dialed in. New Balance’s turn
So far they compare well to the Nike React, I've yet to try Boost because the colorway I want is impossible in a 12.5 unless you overpay. I think OnCloud might be next.
Have you tried Adidas nmd? They are pretty similar to ultraboosts, come in a ton of colors, and can you can usually get them on sale for like 60 bucks.
Just learned the NMD uses a boost midsole. Those are now added to the list. I have the 4d ZX4000 and they are surprisingly comfortable for a firmer shoe. The Adidas upper is really well made.
trumpbux came in whetstones and sink bridge to care for my kitchen knives carafe for my pourover and ink lol
Getting drunk a lot more often since my gym is now closed and we have been stuck at home. Giving this a shot. Somehow it has a ton of great reviews, I am assuming placebo effect but gonna try it.
Those of you who are familiar with Cullman are going to laugh your ass off but a good friend of mine gets horrific hangovers and he started taking these pills from a pharmacy in Cullman. Called pain buster II from https://www.specialtypharmacyonline.com/services/ Your pee will be Mountain Dew colored but holy shit they work
First camera that's not a disposable or phone camera No idea how to dial anything in yet, excited to learn Reverse
Thinking about getting a docking station and 2 external monitors for work to use with my 2015 macbook air (I know it's old but it still works like a champ). Any recs on docking stations and external monitors? Also keyboards and mice.
Budget -would like to keep all of this south of $1500. Honestly, you can get decent monitors for less than $300 and docking stations are mostly $90 or so or even cheaper. Line of work: lawyer. Really need it for having multiple word documents or pdfs open. Do a lot of brief writing /long word docs. One monitor might have pdfs of medical records and the other microsoft word etc. I'm wondering if I should just go with a desktop and ditch the idea of doing a docking station because my latop is so old it uses a thunderbolt 2 port. Almost all docking stations are using thunderbolt 3 these days. You can find thunderbolt 2 docking stations. I guess if I get a newer computer some day all I have to do is buy a sub $100 docking station that has thunderbolt 3 and that fixes that problem. Idk. I'm lost and there are a billion permutations of setups.
if i were you i’d stick with the macbook until it dies and then upgrade the dock when you get a new laptop i went with the full apple keyboard and trackpad and have been happy with those. i do a lot of design work so i love the trackpad monitors, you don’t need anything fancy. even when you upgrade to a thunderbolt 3 port, outlets are still hdmi or display port based, or you can get a cheap hdmi adapter. i don’t think you’ll need to worry about monitors with usb-c/thunderbolt. if you want a stand, make sure it is comparable with the monitors you buy so i’d do two 1440 monitors, i like my setup with 2 27”, in the middle range (acer, lg, viewsonic), a mount stand, the apple keyboard and track pad, and any thunderbolt 2 dock. you can probably get away with the whole thing for $1000 and save the $500 towards your next macbook/dock
I set up dual monitors about about 9 months ago and it sounds like we do similar things for work. I felt like I didn’t need anything expensive, and a lot of full on docking stations have shitty reviews. Grabbed these monitors, this adapter (they may have it for thunderbolt 2), keyboard. The keyboard has been the most important thing and can’t recommend it enough.
