saw it today. not upper tier pixar but still good. hits you with the feels at the end. the old brother should have been played by jack black. couldnt help but feel that chris pratt was doing a jack black impression the whole movie.
I’ve been telling people that its going to be the best done by the same people as Up, Inside Out, and Coco unlike Onward, which as the same director as shit tier Monsters University
two saddest moments in Pixar history when the old man goes through the scrapbook in Up when the grandson sings Remember Me to his grandma so be prepared to cry
I have 2 boys now aged 3 & 1... I know that movie is going to wreck me, even if it doesn't do it to others. Never had a brother growing up so I'm going to project the whole thing out onto them lol
They left the hook of the movie off the tweet: Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, the original animated feature is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides. Luca shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, but all the fun is threatened by a deeply-held secret: he is a sea monster from another world just below the water’s surface.
Definitely but in the I'm really sad and question life like in Up or Toy Story 3 or Inside Out or any of those others sort of way. It's crazy to me some of the most emotional depth out of movies in the last 20+ years has come from an animation studio and been made for kids.
Yeah but everyone I meant to say “all subscribers”. I definitely want to watch, but I wasn’t about to pay an additional $30
Can’t wait to cheers Dole Whips over this movie in Hollywood Studios with my boy duc15 , washing away basketball, football, and kinda-sorta political disagreements with next March. Guys, I’m drunk as fuck and decided to do this here. Love you alll. I think I’m gonna make a positivity thread with my ugly face, soon. Gimme a minute or two.
Really enjoyed that. Not top tier Pixar but felt very appropriate for the time and was a very enjoyable watch
Does the movie have many songs? Sincerely. Dad of an almost 2 yr old that is obsessed with Moana and Coco....so I'm looking for anything possible to help the cause even if she has no idea what's going on
