that makes the conference worse than just naming usc champion oregon lost to oregon st and cal in back to back weeks gross
to be fair to Oregon, maybe the conference puts Colorado in the title game if they beat Utah. Sucks it ends Colorado's season
CU was supposed to play USC earlier in the season and it was canceled. one of them would have a loss right now. there is no "deserving" opponent for USC, but just giving them the conference title is the worst option
On the other hand, there was no way that UW was deserving to be there being 1-1 (with that win being a direct result of an incorrect call by the refs) and never playing a road game.
Why would Colorado need to travel “just in case?” Seems like usc should have a good grasp on its availability
It’s in Bloomington and being guarded by a drunken battalion of undergrads majoring in communications - Major Payne style.
Sitting in the middle of nowhere Utah with no idea what to do next is a fitting metaphor for the 2020 college football season.
Remember when 10-2 Oregon got to play 6-6 UCLA in the conference championship game when there was an 11-1 team and another 10-2 team in the conference too?
