Dubai is the hotbed for body builders. It has amazing gyms like Oxygen and no restrictions to get whatever “Suppliments” you want. One of the princes or some type of royalty there is obsessed with bodybuilding and pouring tons of money into Dubai to make it the the place to train. It’s why Roelly is freakish sized now. I just don’t see anyone beating a Phil Heath that’s been putting on mass for 2 years.
there is nothing i can really put my finger on. i’m always a little skeptical of the folks who run strength or bodybuilding competitions. they always seem to have a bit of wrestling promoter in them.

Lu raises are an absolute bitch of a shoulder accessory. They hurt and I’m the sorest I’ve ever been after a pressing session but they work. Those and Z presses are a necessary evil
is this done as a warmup or for sets? every time i z press i seem to injure my lower back/ql area. i am not sure how i am doing it, if i use them it's always for low weight/higher reps.

Mix it up. Maybe make sure you’re sitting upright and bracing and not leaning back No idea how you’re stressing your lower back

Finally back on path to 315 bench. 225 reps flying up and shoulder joint + muscles feel fine after. Haven't had that combo in quite a while. Downside is no squat rack outside. What are best alternatives? Walking lunges? Was doing 225 power cleans into front squats but that shit takes a ton out of me and is still hard to overload.
Lunges are great. You can do cleans into a front squat and add tempos and pauses to make 135-225 much harder.
Nothing comes close to getting me as sore as lunges do All my lifts are fine but waking up like 3x a night bc of my shoulder, shit is annoying. Those 2 statements have absolutely no relation in case you were confused

I know strengths athletes have to take into consideration water retention from flying when trying to make weight. I’m interested to see how they handle that. Do they just assume the diuretics take care of it? Idk

I have had issues with my left hip when doing squats/deadlift for about 6 months. I'm not sure how to describe it but it feels tight and unbalanced. The Breath Belt seems like a good solution; anyone here using it and will it help address my issue?
i've been programming in some single leg movements and watching the stuff put out by squat university. they do a lot of content on fixing hip imbalance. i tend to favor my right side and will shift my weight to the right on squats
So I posted a pretty critical review of the new rep monos last week. Spoke a lot about the lack of clearance. coop puts out a review yesterday where he showed a clip of him accidentally hitting the monos because the clearance sucks so bad... yet he never mentions the clearance issue nor him hitting it. still can’t believe people trust that dude, lol.
