I rarely if ever lost to anyone in NCAA football. I know for a fact I never lost to anyone in our online leagues on here. When I lived in Tally for school one of my friends use to bet on me against anyone that actually thought they could beat me. He never lost any of those bets
When were you in Tally? I used to break fools on Madden, NCAA football, NFL Blitz, Tekken, Soul Caliber, Mario Kart....
One time I thought my friend was awesome at original Mario kart and I bet money on him against a much younger kid and he got crushed. Exposed
Pretty sure I played 4 full seasons of this while deployed. Every game, including playoffs and some of the minor league games. Those Marlins teams were ridiculously fun.
On the topic of marathoning games, my high school best friend and I used to do best-out-of-101 games on the original.
I can’t tell you how many WS I won on my franchise on that thing but I’m gonna fire up my PS3 one of these days and find out.
We may have not been there at the same time. Spent two years At famu. I played a couple fsu guys though
I remember back in my 20s when all me and my roommates did was smoke weed and wreck people in halo 2 and 3 multiplayer. We were good, like Korean good. Wish they would have had tournaments and eleague back then for it
Yup, Walshy is from Grandville(GR suburb), hung out a few times and knew his sister. Pretty solid dude. To think there weren't tournaments and leagues back then is laughable.
Not a friend but a friend of a friend, they played Halo form and at tournaments. They were sponsored by Gilbert Arenas. He gave them like $2500 a month and they played with him occasionally and they went to his like 25th birthday party and just played Halo with a bunch of NBA players
I used to play the "EB Games" NCAA tournament. Won 3/3 years in a row, was first place in line for the midnight releases. Felt like a god.
I’m pretty unstoppable at Super Smash 64 if anyone wants to set up 99 lives 1v1 and find out if they can go the distance
Probably NHL 94 or 95. I remember I’d get called up for dinner and happily announce I scored like 12 goals with Lindros. My dad would counter with, “Yeah that’s great, let me know when you have all A’s.”
Some computer genius find a way to emulate an online ps1 and let's settle this 1997 natty once and for all
I started out playing dominoes and spades tournaments on FSU’s campus against folks from FAM and FSU. Turned into Madden tournaments until things got heated. But I’m an old man, back in the late 90s.
Roenick was sick but there was one season Lindros was the NHL equivalent of Techmo Bo. He had it all. Couldn't check him, fast, would demolish anyone and had the best shot in the game. Only thing you could knock him for was fighting and being in the box but you didn't care because he was like Tyson and would pummel anyone.
Oh yeah. I forgot that I’ll destroy you all on NHL’93 as well. I’ll even play with the Bruins and let you have the RedWings, Blackhawks, or Penguins (the standard deal I gave to my buddy Dan).
I played so much David Robinson's Supreme Court basketball that i bonded with it on a deep level. Something about the games basic repetitiveness and the satisfaction of discovering the little nuances that helped you get better really clicked with me and I quickly was out of everyone's league who tried to play me. I always wondered if there was anyone else in the world who cared about that game the way I did.
I think the best I ever was at a game was COD MW4 on 360 with Houndster and ncrebel in like 2007. But even then I was just like a 1.25 K/D ratio guy who needed to stick to team deathmatch
Was level 48 of 50 on Team Snipers on Halo 2 and was on the number 1 clan in the world on BF2 MC on 360 unfortunately this was before E-sports were big.
