  Sup dude. I recently got stationed here at Camp Lejuene and heard you were knowledgeable of the area. I was just wondering what good areas and colleges there are to hit up. I went to Wilmington a couple weeks ago and didnt mind the atmosphere to much except for all the hippie lookin people that we saw. Any advice?

    where in wilmington were you? and it depends on your age/what you're into. if you're into classier dinner/drinks stuff, downtown is a nice area near the river. if you just wanna drink with people/kids from 18-30 the beach bars at WB has some good options too. if you want stuff to do during the day, beach wise i prefer Wrightsville over Carolina, but Carolina Beach has some cool touristy stuff

    I went to downtown Wilmington. I'm 23 so had no issues drinking obviously. I'm ususally down for anything though. We went to City Limits, but compared to country bars back in Orlando they didnt play much country music nor line dance much. I wouldn't mind hangin out with some college people though. I love me some house parties.
