I hope The Super League's glorious 2 day run is the straw that breaks the camel's back on Kroenke @ Arsenal. Not likely...but, I can dream.
Kroenke has totally killed my interest in Arsenal the way the Braves ownership post Ted did. Fuck that guy so much. Having a kid playing every weekend plus Atlanta United has filled the void very nicely though.
Respect Vinai calling the other teams and apologizing plus he’s about to face the fan group mob who have a beef but also full of ridiculous pricks like Tim Payton. Feel bad for him, sure he had no say in this and the sacrificial lamb
I’ll be disappointed if game doesn’t have a decent delay. For a supposedly tame fan base, they’re really fucking pissed. Akhil Vyas if you follow him seems like one of the nicest guys on earth and told Josh point blank that they aren’t fit to own the club
Right, if they want Kronke to sell they'd have to stop buying tickets and apparel. One thing Americans are very good at that Europeans aren't is we know exactly how to get you to make changes. We stop spending money.... at least certain teams fans do.
there's a link on the ESPN homepage about Arsenal fans protesting. The link goes to a page not found error...
I’m confused as to what they think they’re accomplishing. Ur gonna pack the stadium and buy gear, but u think protesting is going to matter? Kronke just counting his cash laughing at them
Who is they? Powerful people killed the super league by threatening the teams with fines, penalties, not allowing certain people to play etc. had those people been getting a cut super league would be full steam ahead. Money talks
I can’t believe we lost against a heavily pragmatic side with our 3rd choice striker, converted left and right fullbacks, and an out of form keeper. such a fun team
Arsenal really embracing the modern game by not playing a single fullback but we truly were never going to score today with that attack. Please don’t start Eddie in Spain. I’d take a Willian false 9 over Eddie. not even joking
