looked them up and reviews with pictures look legit. The only issue I saw was boxes coming damaged. Figured I’d let people know itt and let you guys decide. not to get too into the “replica vs real” argument but they are to wear. He is paying over retail and the company claims they are 100% legit and not replicas. So if he gets them and they look exactly the same and same quality idk what’s the difference. The only thing that matters is if he doesn’t get them.

I can’t imagine how good that kid feels. Days of picking out new school shoes in elementary and middle school were the best. We didn’t have a ton of money growing up so it was one pair or bust and it usually was dependent upon what was reasonably priced at the outlets. I got a pair of Nike Air Tailwind 96’s in 7th grade and it was the greatest pair I owned. To be 11 and have Jordans. What a dream. Kudos to you.
I think I told this story before here but I was always mesmerized by Jordan’s. I am 35 now, so I wasnt fully aware of what was going on at the time, but knew I wanted some. Grew up with all needs met, but not being able to buy Jordan’s regularly, or hardly at all. I had a Jordan T shirt of the Cement 4’s that I wore all throughout middle school and had a goal of getting them someday. Collected them hard for awhile and got most of the iconic colorways and everything that I wanted. Over time, it was cool to have them but I didn’t wear them enough to justify having that many pair. That kid will get more joy out of the 4 pair he got than I ever will today. Happy to “pass it on” or whatever it is.
Adidas sizing is whack. I go: 11 in NMD R1 11.5 in Ultraboosts and Inikis 12.5 in Yeezy 350s (I have a pair of 12s in the triple whites and they’re too tight even with the insoles out.
I don’t know how they scale honestly. Do you feel more comfortable removing the insole or wearing double socks? I don’t want to tell you one size over another especially if you’re buying second hand. Any chance you can go try a pair on somewhere?

the ultra boosts vary is sizing so much from A) pattern to pattern and B) pattern to re-release of pattern.
All of my UB’s are a 12 and all but one pair of my 350’s are a 12. I went with a size 12.5 for my pirate black v2 because it was recommended. My 380’s, 700, and 500 are all 12’s and fit fine.
My UBs are just slightly snug on my right foot. My right foot is just slightly longer than my left foot so I’ll probably just go with a 13.5.
