Nope. I've been waiting for the drop. I totally didn't research it enough to know that you had to pay for the different Z series. I thought it was like TopShot and you would pay X amount and it would be luck what horse you got. Im stoked for this shit tomorrow
So the question I have, is the price of the horse going to be in Etherum price or $ price. Because Etherum drops, my $ are dropping in my account
I got 2440, but man the financials on that one are ugly. Lowest ask $57 already. I had 2 of the 5 required naturally and it cost me $105 or so to get the other 3. Those are now worth $15 combined. I've checked the history on some of the previous challenges and I believe this one had the worst percentage return/loss of any of them.
I did the whole transfer of Etherum. Paid $3k worth of Etherum on CoinBase. Transfered from Coinbase to Zed Etherum Wallet. Depoisted to WETH wallett on Zed from my Etherum balance. Process took about 15-20 mins. Might be smarter to buy the Etherum a hour before the drop
I just asked a question in the discord If you got a shitty time selection, is there a chance that all horses will be gone. They say there are the same amount of horses for every wave selection
so every stable owner will get a link to the sale but they’re sending them out in intervals right? And then you just have to be faster than everyone else to actually purchase a horse?
That is my understanding. From what I read, don’t spend too much time looking at names and colors. Just pick and go
definitely gonna talk myself into going for a horse and all I’m gonna end up with are wasted gas fees and no damn horse
If any of you get going in zed run and want to sell me one of your future baby ponies for a TMB discount, holler at me.
9853. While it's the biggest percentage loss, it was the cheapest way to complete a challenge if that matters in the future. I'll live with it
OK so I just bought $500 in ETH. I transfer to WETH in Metamask (the fees are like 20%?). Then I transfer that WETH to Zed.Run (slow/medium/fast?)
Thank you both. $525 has turned into $425 in HorseyBucks and I'm not happy about it but we're going to get ourselves a horsey
damnit. just bought $600 in eth on Coinbase pro but I don’t think I can transfer it so now I might have to buy more on regular Coinbase
When the hustle moments dropped people were selling for $15. I was considering it at that rate. I’m not going to pay $250 for a $50 Giannis
2. What's better; Male (Colt) or Female (Filly)? As always in Zed...It's not a simple answer. It depends on what your long term strategy is. There's not enough data currently to suggest one's faster than the other. In terms of breeding however, both provide different strategies. Colts enter the stud market, lusting for a filly to pick him. If it's a great Colt then it'll be popular in the market and you'll be able to generate a lot of money. If it's female, you have to pay to breed. However, you get to keep your horse and protect your horses bloodline. This is the toughest part for me. I know I'll only have a second so name/color won't matter but IDK if I should go after a male or female
Yea my plan was to buy on pro for the lower fees and then transfer to regular Coinbase to bring over to MetaMask. Didn’t think they’d restrict my transfer between pro and regular
I'm trying to figure out if I should keep my Zach Levine or sell it. It looks like the others may have gone up in value over time. I'm hoping that you have to hold a card with the red star (earned from completing a challenge) in order to buy new packs. What's the site to track how a card has held it's value over time?
Honestly kind of seems like it is. I have no ETH or wETH, so it was more just so if you can buy a horse, get it bought ASAP because I imagine links will be shared.
From Discord Wendel Clark You will only get to participate in 1 wave. You can buy as many horses as you can during that time Now I don't know if I should get two Z10s or one Z7
