Do you guys use either of the sites that approximate your account’s value? intangible.market or evaluate.market?
Common packs are random. You basically have to be on the site at the correct time Cool cats and special packs they send out emails and announce on the discord. You just get on their site and hit 'join drop' 5 minutes beforehand to get in the waiting room. From there, once it's time for the drop, you get a random place in line. 1. Release has NEVER been on time. Last one was a 5 hour delay. They make announcement on their discord 2. First cool cats drop was a disaster. Multiple people were able to get multiple packs. Last drop only 5 people got 2 packs and all 5 have been suspended
The commons drop randomly. Used to be Mondays and Thursdays, but now it’s kind of all over the place. Because the company is based in Vancouver on Pacific time, most of the common packs are late at night on the east coast. The more rare packs are announced in advance and use a queue system.
I've sold everything. Currently sitting at $400 in my dapper account. Goal is to buy enough packs and flip to be able to buy a halo pack. I'm a little weary of investing anything more than my original purchase because I've read it's a pain to get your money from Dapper. I put in a request to get verified to do so and it's going to take 30+ days + $25 withdraw fee
I’ve dropped somewhere between $1500-$2000 at this point. This is more than I planned to, but I was able to buy one of the legendary packs for $1000 so things got real quickly. I proceeded to sell 3 of those 6 moments in the legendary pack for $1850 and then repurposed those funds into other moments. If I hadn’t sold those last week, they would be selling at about 3k right now. The explosion the last few days is ridiculous.
Based on today’s prices, I bet you could have sold them for over 1k today. $25 seems pretty irrelevant when you’re talking about 300% returns in one week. Also, I guess the $25 fee is a wire fee that is charged by US banks because it is an international wire transfer coming from a Canadian company. I haven’t tried to withdraw yet, but I have a few friends who have.
biggest difference was my Cats Randle sold for $125 ask is $149. Everything else I sold was within $10 of what it’s listed at right now. The Rui Cats I sold for $250 and is now $178. I think the Cats will drop in price once the challenge is done
I deposited $25 to dip my toe in and see what it's about as I know nothing on crypto/blockchain. Currently at $214 with a ~$200 moment on my account. Will not put any more money in. It's entertaining tho
Same. Not putting in anything else. Plan on building up my account naturally through buying packs. My wife thought it was the dumbest thing til I showed her my balance now she’s all for it haha
Chinese aren’t in it yet to my knowledge. The user base is growing daily but probably 5% to 10% of where I expect them to be once it starts advertising and leveraging the NBA to get the stars to talk about it. There are bots in the system and some are allowed. It does sound incredibly stupid until you start reading about NFTs (non-fungible tokens) and their potential as well as more acceptance of digital goods in the younger generations. I’m 45 but it clicked after a week or so of its potential. HUGE risk factor of this but I’m going to ride it because I can see crazy money coming in the rest of the year. $9 M in sales last 24 hours and that is with the marketplace being down about 50% of the time.
FIFY. This is the 2021 e-equivalent of beanie babies or pogs. Not evidence that we need higher income taxes on random everyday millennials and zoomers who want to blow their money on stupid bullshit.
so it's madden ultimate team, but somehow you speculate on it this is one of the dumbest things i've ever heard of in my life
I remember these. And I vividly remember the "blockchain" craze from about 3 years ago. I knew a dude who was going to do a "blockchain sneaker market" to discourage counterfeiting. Does it make any sense? Not really. But he's an engineer at Intel now.
Hey pal, I’ve got like 5 of those plastics dildo tubes FULL of slammers just waiting for the market to rebound! Jk, I think I dumped the pogs into a box in my parent’s storage room and repurposed the dildos into weed jars.
Heard someone paid 100k for a video of Zion making a block? A video that’s available online. Is this the same thing? The hell is going on?
Nike is working on using blockchain fwiw. It makes a ton of sense. https://thenextweb.com/hardfork/2019/12/10/nike-blockchain-sneakers-cryptokick-patent/
Same thing. A friend tried to introduce me to it in December and I laughed at him just like most people in this thread. His low account valuation is now 250k. It sounds really stupid, but it’s very addicting and there’s money to be made as it continues to grow.
nbatopshot.com *If you actually want to dabble, I recommend depositing money on dapper and not trying to buy a moment directly with your credit/debit*
You guys buying and selling clips of Lebron traveling for thousands of dollars Me holding AMC stock and wondering where it all went wrong
