As long as you don’t care about winning games or advancing in the postseason in any of those sports, yes.
You dont have to hate Will Wade to acknowledge how trashy he is even Cornelius Suttree can admit it despite stanning him just bc he is from Nashville
Trashy for outright paying players? I think he's pretty stupid/naive to be caught on a hot phone. But trashy seems like a weird weight to put around his neck. Ed O and Kim M are just disgusting human beings that have no busy being around collegiate athletes imo.
It should also be said that a good number of high profile coaches are shitty people, and we should stop trying to make gods out of them because of rings culture.
Yeah, that is shocking. I would’ve expected Darvin Adams to have had well over 1k but he only had 963.
Certain people still pretend like Mark Richt was a great guy so you can never be sure. Anyone who’s ever recruited in the SEC gave up anything resembling morality a long time ago. The fact that coaches have to trot out their purported “faith” to recruit really sucks.
Well then You make up rumors about him, start an investigation and try to fire him without paying the buyout.
Then he’s probably a decent dude and the internet and the fambuleh will eat him alive edit: got @Detlef Schrempf’d
You're really letting the rivalry get in the way if you don't see Mark Richt as a wonderful human being.
He usually had at least one ‘bad guy’ on staff that got dirty for him. He recruited almost entirely on the basis of finding out which kids came from highly religious homes, and then driving that point across to the moms (Dabo without Watson/Lawrence and playing against ACC teams). The results showed in his classes. His highest ranked class was ranked lower than Kirby’s worst class.
Remember him on the old Comcast Sports South call in show with Mike Gottfried. Cant imagine how out of touch he is 20 years later.
Been a long time since we've been given 100 to 1 odds to win a title. Feels like we're back, baby! I think in the Chad years our odds were listed as "n/a"
That show was fire though if we’re being honest. Appointment television for me on Sundays after a college football Saturday.
Imagine this is something either in the works or will be adapted by everybody noteworthy within two years.
Lmao imagine stanning for Richt this hard The reason the UGA/SC game was only ever a rivalry during Richt's era was specifically because all the dipshits he recruited couldn't stay out of trouble long enough during the summer to not be suspended for the early season games.
UF has had an apparel store at the stadium for decades. I just assumed everyone else had one too. Or is this something different?
Gotcha, yeah I just figured that stuff would start popping up in the stores this year but never really thought about the logistics behind it.
just got an update from someone who reads a lot of aggie message boards their story is anais smith is a good kid and never been in trouble, he also blew like a .02-.03 and passed field sobriety tests, the gun was only illegal if he was drunk (what?), and that his friend said the weed was his. see it's all just one big misunderstanding
A friend of mine taught him in HS in Sugar Land. She also talked about how he was a good kid/high character. Also, Jacob Hester interviewed Jimbo at SECMD's and Jimbo seemed distraught at the news that Anais had gotten arrested. I'm certainly not an A&M fan. But I think it could be a situation where the dude was around the wrong folks at the wrong time.
I would think aggies in aggyland would never even think to arrest another fellow aggy especially if that aggy was on the aggy football team
CSPD are not Aggies and definitely do not show any favoritism towards athletes, especially if they are Black
